I have been extremely impressed by the care provided by this company. Not only by the carers but by the company itself which has constantly checked with me to make sure that I am happy and content with the care I am receiving. I feel totally confident that they are committed to making my life as good as possible.

My mother came home from hospital in a very frail state, and the family were extremely worried about the fact that she lived independently. We recruited the services of SureCare and it has made the whole situation completely manageable. They carry out all of her personal care needs and make sure she is always well fed and watered. She has gone from strength to strength and SureCare have helped to maintain her welfare and dignity. I would thoroughly recommend.

I am very pleased with the service provided by SureCare (Wycombe & Chiltern) for my wife, who is bed-bound and chair-bound. The carers are very professional. friendly and empathetic and I have every confidence in them. They arrive at the planned times, are thorough in their work and are competent in the use of the equipment (bed, hoist and wheelchair). They offer sensible advice and it is clear that my wife is very comfortable with them, as they make her smile and laugh. I feel fortunate that they were recommended to me.
