My mother-in-law had tried several different care companies and only SureCare were able to provide a small team of 2 or 3 regular carers who built a wonderful relationship with her. SureCare were incredibly flexible and were able to meet her changing needs. I have no idea how we would have coped without them. The management and all of the staff that I met went above and beyond even after she passed. I highly recommend SureCare.

I don't know where we'd be without the team at Surecare. They have supported my lovely dad through bouts of illness and then the unexpected loss of my stepmother. The carers always treat dad with kindness and good humour and are prepared to go above and beyond. I would recommend Surecare to anyone who needs care and support at home.

We were delighted with the care we received from 'Sure Care'; our interview and assessment with the Manager was lovely and excellent, thorough and most professional; she was courteous; sympathetic and very kind. She took trouble to get to know my brother and wrote a superb account of all my Brother's needs and requirements. Carers were sent to my Brother's house immediately at very short notice and the Carers were very caring; empathetic; and liked by my Brother who suffers from Dementia; nothing was too much trouble and the carers would go that extra mile to help. Most importantly we got good feedback from the Carer of how his visit went with my Brother; what they had done and anything that needed attention. We chose Surecare to look after my husband, who is Paraplegic, while I was recovering from a hip replacement. The carers were with us for 18 weeks, twice a day, three hours in the morning and one hour in the evening. They were always on time, especially as my husband had a strict routine to keep to. The carers were always very friendly and very helpful. Surecare went above and beyond to find us the right carers for my husband's complex needs, and my husband and I built up a great relationship with them. We would have no hesitation to use them again should the need arise.

I was truly happy to have found this company, and it was a great relief to know my husband had support while I was working.

Communication is good, and any issues are discussed and sorted without a fuss.

Very grateful for the way this company came to our rescue at a difficult time - the death of my father. Excellent care for 5-hours per day (so we could resolve formalities) was in place for my mum within 48-hours of my request. The carers were lovely to my mum and so helpful to us. The lady at the office was also a star. Sadly, due to my illness, I could no longer cope, and we had to put Mum into residential care earlier than intended. The carer helped us get Mum ready, and the company was very understanding of the short notice we had to give. Would not hesitate to recommend this company for their care, compassion, efficiency and brilliant staff.

Responsive and proactive service. They welcome feedback and make changes quickly when required. The member of staff that visits uses her initiative rather than just following a set routine. Would highly recommend.

Extremely professional management, who I met initially. Treated my mum with dignity and care. The carer who has been visiting my mum has built a friendship with her, and my mum always looks forward to her visits. She always keeps me updated on how my mum is after her visits.
