Overall Experience

We were delighted with the care we received from 'Sure Care'; our interview and assessment with the Manager was lovely and excellent, thorough and most professional; she was courteous; sympathetic and very kind. She took trouble to get to know my brother and wrote a superb account of all my Brother's

needs and requirements. Carers were sent to my Brother's house immediately at very short notice and the Carers were very caring; empathetic; and liked by my Brother who suffers from Dementia; nothing was too much trouble and the carers would go that extra mile to help. Most importantly we got good feedback from the Carer of how his visit went with my Brother; what they had done and anything that needed attention. I cannot recommend 'Sure care' more highly and know that any one using them will be happy and have their mind put at rest; thank you so much, all at 'Sure Care' for looking after us so well; with best wishes and warmest regards, a very satisfied customer.

Overall Experience

I cannot speak highly enough of Surecare. After meeting the manager and the time she spent with my mother getting to know her, I had no doubt that my mother would be well looked after and happy with the carers that would be provided to look after her. My mother's carers made her very happy, nothing

was too much trouble and she looked forward to them coming in 3 times a week. Very helpful when rearranging visits due to my mother's appointments. Sadly my mother is moving to residential care.
If we could have continued with Surecare then we would have. From all the family we wish to thank you for the care and understanding you gave our mother.

Overall Experience

We chose Surecare to look after my husband, who is Paraplegic, while I was recovering from a hip replacement. The carers were with us for 18 weeks, twice a day, three hours in the morning and one hour in the evening. They were always on time, especially as my husband had a strict routine to keep to.

The carers were always very friendly and very helpful. Surecare went above and beyond to find us the right carers for my husband's complex needs, and my husband and I built up a great relationship with them. We would have no hesitation to use them again should the need arise.

Overall Experience

SureCare is a well-run and professional caring agency. I was truly happy with the way my husband was cared for, and the management were sensitive to my requests. At all times, they were able to fill the visits, and the carers took a personal interest in their clients.

Overall Experience

So glad we have found Surecare to look after Mum following her stroke. After some not so good experiences, they have been a revelation.
Professional - initial visit covered all aspects of the care and service needed. Care for Mum was a new experience for us, so the advice and suggestions offered to

help put the care package together were gratefully received.
Reliable - times of visits are regular and on time - very important to Mum who clock watches. Mum needs two carers four times a day, which is labour intensive, but they manage to have a team with a couple of dedicated lead careers supported by a second on each visit. This means Mum gets to know them and has built a good, trusting relationship with them. They treat her with respect and dignity, and always have time to provide care without rushing. Have been very instrumental in helping with exercises with great results in Mum's recovery.
Communication is good, and any issues are discussed and sorted without a fuss.

Overall Experience

Very grateful for the way this company came to our rescue at a difficult time - the death of my father. Excellent care for 5-hours per day (so we could resolve formalities) was in place for my mum within 48-hours of my request. The carers were lovely to my mum and so helpful to us. The lady at the office

was also a star. Sadly, due to my illness, I could no longer cope, and we had to put Mum into residential care earlier than intended. The carer helped us get Mum ready, and the company was very understanding of the short notice we had to give. Would not hesitate to recommend this company for their care, compassion, efficiency and brilliant staff.

Overall Experience

Extremely professional management, who I met initially. Treated my mum with dignity and care. The carer who has been visiting my mum has built a friendship with her, and my mum always looks forward to her visits. She always keeps me updated on how my mum is after her visits.
