She plays a vital role in organising our care staff, liaising with healthcare professionals—including district nurses and college teams—and making sure our clients receive consistent, timely support.

From managing the daily rota and handling incoming calls to responding swiftly to changes and overseeing the flow of care delivery, Lisa brings structure, warmth, and dedication to everything she does.

Ravi has been our dedicated Team Leader at SureCare (Reading & East Berkshire) since 2024 and plays a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
