I'm really happy with the care I receive.

Since having the carers come in, I've noticed such a difference in myself.

I'm doing a lot more and feel much more confident.

The carers are lovely and always encourage me to do things for myself without rushing me.

They listen to what I want and let me do things my way, which means a lot. I feel like I've got more control over my life again. I feel seen and heard.

It's nice to feel independent whilst knowing there's someone there to help when I need it. I couldn't be happier with them.

Surecare provide care for my mother, they send out female carers and are culturally aware if her needs. They speak the language she understands and also make the food she eats. I did not think it was possible, when Nikky told me I will get the exact girls suitable for my mothers situation I did not believe it would happen, but right from the get-go she made it work. I cannot recommend them enough, the care is soul touch and invaluable. Thank you I know my mother is safe hands when i'm away

After a partial hip replacement and a short stay in a care home mum 99yrs wanted to go home. My sister and I had doubts as to how well it would go. I have to say it's been brilliant. Mum is happy inspite of a Alzheimers Diagnosis. She is well looked after with visits x4 daily. We have found the service works really well. Excellent communication- prompt replies to all messages. The girls are very professional and friendly with mum. We are more comfortable with her safety at home as we feel she is in good hands.

Surecare have always provided incredible care and attention to my brother. All contact with them is positive and reassuring. They help in every way possible to make his life happier and I know they care about the little details .

All my carers are good especially saad. They all go above and beyond. They will clean chamge my bed do geneneral cleaning and go to the shop for me. They will also have a chat with me and make me a coffee.

This caused quite a few problems for us as they wouldn't enter the property if I wasn't there and my dog was leaving mum on her own for longer than they should have

Christopher isn't the easiest to look after but they all do their best. Anything that is reported is dealt with. He does favour some carers over others but hasn't had a problem with any of them. Some aren't here just to care they have got to know Christopher better and know his mood, e.g. So this is why he has a better relationship with them. They are a great team when they communicate.

Sure Care have been looking after my mother since Feburary 2025. My mother was recently widowed, have moved from London to Kent and recovering from extensive shoulder surgery. Needless to say she was at an all time low. These lady's were not only a massive support to my mother but they helped me too. They cooked proper meals, cleaned my mother's home, done all her personal care and more importantly they helped rehabilitate my mother. Slowly they started getting her interested in making her own food. They kept her company. The team at Sure Care Swale are so professional but friendly at the same time. I have recommended Sure Care Swale to friends of mine that have needed carers for their family members. I will continue to recommend this care company. A massive thank you to all at Sure Care xxx

Overall care was excellent, real carers who were genuinely interested in their client. There was just 1 blip when the carer fell asleep, fortunately with no adverse consequences, and that was very speedily addressed by Sure Care.

Very happy with carers, my mother looks forward to them calling round. The care is excellent and i can leave my mother knowing she's in good hands. the staff are very approachable and easy to speak to. i would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

I have nothing but praise for the SureCare team. Since their arrival at my home I feel a sense of relief that finally I have people I can trust with my husbands care, and I'm sure that he feels the same. They are very professional in their care, compared to previous teams I've had dealings with, who although kind and caring did not seem to have the background to deal with dementia patients.

I just want to say that SureCare do a great job looking after me. They support me everyday and I find them helpful, reliable and good at understanding my needs. The communication is very good and they always allow me time to process my ideas and answers. Thank you very much SureCare.
