I had come from another council area & had great relationships with staff, in the three years since I lost my wife. The same care has followed me here & I appreciate the way the new carers care for my need. I am a happy customer.

Such a great team

Dad has now been a client of SureCare for the last 6 months. It has been such a relief to know that he is genuinely cared for. The management team are proactive and communication is very good. They have been flexible with the number of visits required. They will increase the visits if there have been any concerns and when my sister is staying they are happy for us to reduce the visits. The carers I have met have all had Dad's interests at the heart of their care. He talks to me about the carers positively and has obviously got to know some of them really well. The other evening he told me how nice it is he knows he is going to see people every day he can have a chat with. Initially he needed a lot of persuasion that he needed care but he has got to the point where he welcomes it and is increasingly accepting the help offered.

Nothing is too much trouble and they have been incredibly accommodating when extra visits are needed and when appointments with mum mean the usual time of her visits need to be adjusted. I cannot recommend the service highly enough.

Surecare Scarborough cared for my Mum for the last year or so until she needed to go into a care home. I honestly can't recommend Surecare highly enough. All of Mums carers were fantastic at their job and highly professional, yet at the same time so caring. I really felt that they treated Mum with respect and understanding. Mum wasn't always easy due to her dementia, but the carers always seemed to know how to brighten her day. They were lifesavers for me too! If you want carers who feel like friends/ family then this is definitely the team for you.

Always very caring and kind. Dad is treated with respect and dignity his needs are always very well met. If we ever need to contact anyone they are always available and very helpful.

They do more in 2hours than I manage in a fortnight and since I have been immobile following a recent accident they have been very helpful.

This was the first time I have used a care provider for my father to allow me to get a short break. I was unsure at first but the manager put me at ease and provided a full explanation of the service available and answered any of my question. Very friendly and professional. The service they provided was great. They turned up on time, they were very friendly and made my father free at ease. They ensured that he had a meal and took his medication. I couldn't ask for any more. I would certainly use them again.

Couldn't ask for better for my nan. Communication is excellent and the level of care is second to none. The carers treat my nan with respect and dignity, are always punctual and professional. Thank you!

The support and advice we have received from SureCare along the way has been invaluable

The care given has been quite good; they have been friendly, but at times I feel that I have to say what needs to be done, and at times this becomes frustrating, even though they should know what needs to be done. However, I'm appreciative of the care they give to me. I must say that there is a carer who performs all tasks that support me.

The service provided to my sister has been really good. The staff have been very supportive and helpful towards my sister condition. They are very professional and caring, I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Before choosing SureCare, I did a lot of research and spoke with several care providers because finding the right support was so important to me. F

Carers have been consistently caring, approachable, friendly and responsive. Our only concern is the timing of the tea time visit sometimes. It is because of medication involving hypoglycemic and the importance not going more than 12 hours until the morning visit and breakfast. Generally we are very satisfied with the service provided.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. And they are fantastic support for dad, who enjoys spending time with them (and he was initially very reluctant to have any carers, but they have really won him over with their kindness).

We were really happy with the service provided by the SureCare Team, right from the initial consultation, the management team were responsive and flexible. Our Mum had two care visits per days and the carers were always polite, attentive and helpful. Many thanks to the whole team.

We would recommend sure care all the carers are lovely and thoughtful. They are always kind to mum they help with all her needs and are always considerate to mums needs. We are kept unform if mum is unhappy or upset as she has alzheimers her mood can change .If extra care is needed their always very helpful they have been a big help to our family and can't thank them enough.
