Very happy with service. All carers are polite, friendly, and professional. I really value their visits as they help me get out of the house safely and brighten my week. Thank you to Nick, Dennis, Mavia and Ryan for doing a great job. Also a mention to Lisa who is always on hand to help out.

My mother has been looked after by Sure Care Staff for a number of years. I find the care provided is outstanding and couldn't have wished for anything better. It has given my brother and I peace of mind knowing that mum is being well cared for every morning. They are totally reliable, always punctual,
and have established a consistent routine for getting mum up in the morning. She is treated with dignity, the carers always respect her wishes, they take their time and mum is never rushed. I truly feel there is a proper partnership with high levels of communication using the app for daily reports, together with text messages used for specific concerns or needs. I have total confidence in the team and in the management, they have never failed us. More importantly, our mother who has dementia and will shortly be 92 years old is very happy being cared for by Sure Care staff.

My mum has been using this care company for the last few weeks. She, and we as her family have been very impressed, both with the level of care, and the friendliness of all the staff who have been helping her. Thank you.
Fouzia and Sophie are her main carers, and they are so caring and helpful, nothing
too much trouble. We really appreciate all the care from all her carers.

Naveed and Mohammad have been caring for my dad for past few months. They have gone above and beyond looking after all his needs and helping make sure he is well cared for and safe. My dad and the family really appreciates the continuity as my dad has a lot of complex heath needs.

Sure care (North Herts/Stevenage provide excellent care to my elderly Mother who has dementia. Their support to her has enabled her to remain independent and living in her own home. All the team go above and beyond what would be expected of them. There has been consistency of the team which means they
know what she needs and her preferences. She also knows them. They also interact with her family members so there is always good communication. I would highly recommend this care service

I cannot speak highly enough of the care provided by SureCare
during the last few years of my father's life. From the very beginning, their team treated him with such kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion that it brought enormous comfort to our whole family.


Every member of staff who came into

our home was professional, patient, and truly caring. They took the time to get to know my father as a person, not just as someone receiving care, and that made all the difference. They were always attentive to his needs, making sure he was comfortable, safe, and-most importantly-treated with respect at all times.


Their attention to detail was exceptional, especially when it came to managing his medication and daily routines. We always felt reassured knowing that everything was being handled properly and that he was in safe, capable hands. That peace of mind is something that is impossible to put a price on.


I would wholeheartedly recommend SureCare to anyone looking for home care.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to SureCare Chesterfield for the care they provided to my mum. There showed genuine compassion and professionalism.


The carers were not only attentive to my mum's needs but also treated her with dignity, patience. They took the time to build a real connection

with her, which made a huge difference to her comfort and wellbeing. It was clear they truly cared, not just about doing their job, but about making her feel safe, supported, and valued.


The Communication was always excellent, and I felt reassured. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for them, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure she was well looked after.

We have had fantastic service for my uncle and nothing is ever to much when talking to the carers.
They always let us know when things are running low so way can restock them.


I would recommend this service as this has really worked well for my uncle who is deaf and mute where the carers have found

away of communicating with him.

SureCare cared for my Husband for many years.
Carers treated my Husband with respect and care, putting his need first, making sure he was washed, dressed and comfortable before leaving. as with evening call making sure he was comfortable in bed, with everything at hand before leaving.
SureCare have
always been a professional company to me, but also very passionate in their care.
Carers were very prompt, but if held up, would inform they may be late.
i would recommend SureCare as a dependable, reliable, caring company.

Surecare staff have been great, they come in twice a day and led by me as to what's required each day. I am very grateful that they are so flexible as this enables me to still be in control of my own life!


After spending 2 weeks in a care home recently when I contracted a virus I appreciate this

approach even more. As my condition progresses the ratio of things that I can do myself and things that I need help with will obviously change but I have no concerns that this will be managed well.

SureCare have provided an excellent live-in carer for my mother who is bed-bound and has increasing breathing difficulties. The carer is friendly, cheerful and competent. Whenever I drop by (unannounced), I often find her with my mother, rather than sitting downstairs.


She keeps me well informed about

what groceries are needed and how my Mum is doing, physically and emotionally. She's also good at liaising with the district nursing team and carrying out their recommendations. And SureCare are good about keeping me informed about any changes to the care team.
