From the very first meeting we have been impressed with the professional and personal care shown by the whole team at SureCare

The Surecare team has consistently delivered a high quality and friendly service to my brother, from the day he first needed their help (over 15 years ago), right through to the day he passed away recently.

Overall Experience

My mum was housebound from June 2022 after breaking her hip. The staff at surecare provided an excellent personal services 4 times a day, providing full care for her in a caring and considerate way. Mum loved her carers and built up a good relationship with them . The staff kept me well informed in

all aspects of mum's care. I was listened to if I had any concerns and any issues were dealt with quickly. We cannot fault the care and service that was provided by Dave and his team right up until we sadly lost mum. They continued to support us even after mum was gone. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs carers for any family member.

Overall Experience

We've been so grateful for the care SureCare Chesterfield has given to my mum. From the very beginning, the carers have been kind, respectful and genuinely caring. They don't just do their job - they take the time to make sure Mum feels comfortable, safe and listened to, which means everything to our

family.
Communication has been excellent, and we always feel informed and reassured about Mum's wellbeing. It's clear the team truly cares about the people they look after, and that makes such a difference.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SureCare to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate home care for a loved one.

Receiving excellent service from all the carers. All of them are very good and very professional in their work. Punctuality is spot on. Communication very good.

Overall Experience

To say that the manager acted quickly in putting care in place for us with is an understatement. He made us all feel reassured and relieved at a difficult time. It is clear that the highest standards are kept to and we are extremely impressed with the kindness, care, calmness, friendliness, professionalism

and capability of carers and all staff. The reports after each visit are detailed and reassure the family and advise us if there any issues. The service is helping my mom-in-law to be as independent as possible and she loves the social interaction with the carers. The personal care is provided with care and respect in a way that she maintains her dignity and nothing she needs seems to beyond their abilities and willingness. We can't recommend the company highly enough!

She does everything I ask her to do
She is friendly and polite
She is understanding of our situation e g My husband has deteriorating memory problems,
I have osteoarthritis and spinal stenosis.
She gets on and does the work required of her without any problems

and always with a smile.
I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Overall Experience

Thank you to the management and staff of Surecare for the wonderful care and attention which they gave to me throughout the early days of my recovery from two operations. The ladies who visited me were cheerful and bright which lifted my spirits. In physical terms they helped me in lots of ways i.e.

household chores, food preparation and personal hygiene.

Before Covid this company helped my Dad in his later years; they also helped me three years ago when I was also rehabbing from a major operation. It was really heartening to know that many of the staff I have met over the years are still working for this company. That is a testament in itself.

Jess will just never know how much she helped me make the necessary steps to move my mum's care into the next phase

Her kindness, professionalism and knowledge meant that my mum got the emergency help she deserved quickly.

What started off as a routine appointment to initially discuss care requirements

ended up as a supportive informative caring solution-based conversation and I know my mum will be in safe hands when she's back home- thank you so much Jess, you were so kind and caring to me at a time when I needed it most to take action!

The care provided is of a good standard. Time keeping has been excellent. Szilvia is so understanding and professional, her communication has been amazing. I can call at anytime and my queries have always been dealt with. The carers show kindness and compassion. I would recommend Surecare.

Overall Experience

SureCare only looked after my Aunt for four weeks before she sadly passed away.In the short time they looked after her nothing was to much trouble.They always gave her her dignity were possible and never made her feel ashamed. The care was excellent at all times. SureCare also helped me 100% in my Aunt's

final days before she sadly passed away.A few days after my Aunt's passing l received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and card from the company.
