When I started with SureCare attending to me at home, I was very bad with my mobility and my standard of living wasn't much good, because I was fallen everywhere I go to. However, my way of living has been better since SureCare has been looking after me and I feel like a living person again, because their staff are very efficient, friendly, communicative, and very caring. They also follow the care plan and encourage me to be able to perform again.

Above and beyond. A great service.

SureCare were marvellous and showed genuine care for my Dad, often going above and beyond to ensure his safety and that he was well looked after. They cared for my Mum over a short period prior to her death but continued care of my Dad for 12 months. During that time, they did their very best to ensure continuity with the same carer, which comforted my Dad enormously. He was initially resistant to having carers, (as a lot of elderly do) but soon enjoyed their company and welcomed their visits. My Dad sadly died in April but they visited him in hospital and also checked in on us, which was very much appreciated. Would not hesitate in recommending them.

Since using the care agency to support my mum, I've found the carers to be friendly, warm and caring. They look after my mum well, actively engage with her and give her the mental stimulation she needs. My mum enjoys the interaction she has with the carers. In addition, the team in the office respond to emails really quickly and provide a good level of customer service.

You could tell all carers carried empathy and took their duty of care seriously.

The carers are very dedicated and hardworking. They always do a good job of taking care if my mother in law who has dementia. They arrive on time and take proper care of their clients which is greatly appreciated. The carers are also lovely people in general and they get everything done.

I'd just like to mention the help I received today from Leon. SureCare has recently installed a portal where you can check in, see which Carer is visiting and when, see the Carer's notes and what care is being implemented at each time of day. I was struggling to get this set up and while I was at my daughter's home which is near the office, Leon very kindly offered to come out and help. This made a big difference. It was set up within minutes. Thank you, Leon for your kindness! I really appreciate the continuity of the Carers to visit my Mum each day. I think it's important when possible to have the same face, the service user is then able to feel relaxed and comfortable with the same Carer and trust can be built, something that is very important. Thank you Leon and the SureCare team for providing a very positive experience and understanding, allowing people to continue living in their own homes and be cared for.

Although your role was to provide practical support, it was so much more than that. Thank you for preparing his meals, checking he was comfortable and, above all, for bringing such warmth, cheerfulness and genuine engagement into his home. I found the carers to be extremely professional, gentle and respectful when taking care of my wife.

They only visited for a short time before my wife sadly passed, but I was most impressed by their work ethic and caring attitude.
