All the care staff are wonderful, I think its a marvellous service, they come every day and do what I need them to do and this allows me to stay living at home.
The initial assessment was detailed and identified my many requirements, reviews were conducted regularly, care plans altered if needed, and office staff knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you all.
Prompt, professional assistance from the start.
Will not hesitate to contact you for further help if required.
Although this review is brief it will hopefully satisfy the minimum 200 words required.
Any calls to the office were greeted with helpful, friendly staff. Thank you.
Working with all the SureCare team was a great experience for me and for my mum. They have been kind, supportive and always willing to be flexible with any changes. We have worked with other agencies and this was far and away the best.
Thankyou so much for the lovely review, it has been our pleasure to enable mum to remain at home for as long as possible.
Would appreciate some written notes on the property and the meal list filled in.
Kind Regards.
SureCare has looked after my auntie for over five years now and has helped her so much after her husband abruptly passed away. They supported her emotionally and mentally to carry on living at home, which has been hard as she has dementia. All the care workers have been so kind and understanding towards her and the family.
SureCare (Scarborough) has been a huge help to my grandad; he absolutely loves the ladies and gentlemen coming to see him and helping him maintain his independence. The office staff and manager are excellent with him as well when he calls them, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Without their support, he wouldn’t be able to live on his own.
I have used Surecare for the past 4-years to provide care and support for my parents, both in their 90s. The managers and admin support staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to fulfil individual requests and preferences. Carers are always polite and kind to my parents and carry out their duties well and within timescales. They are friendly and chatty and respect my parent's wishes. They look forward to the daily visits.
My mum has been a client for 3-years. In our opinion, all the care workers and team leaders go way over and above what is expected.
Yes, they support with routines and tasks, but more importantly, they really have got to know Mum, and she really enjoys the visits.
From a care perspective, the Scarborough team, have liaised with doctors, social services and other agencies to ensure that Mum gets the right level of support, even ringing the doctor to discuss pain relief and ordering and collecting prescriptions on a regular basis.
I would highly recommend Sure Care to anyone considering additional support; they are brilliant.
Despite exceptionally challenging times due to Covid-19, SureCare rose to the challenge of caring for my mu, who had complex care requirements when discharged from the hospital after a serious stroke last year. The entire team welcomed the additional essential training, which was pivotal to Mum being released from hospital care, and have continued to adapt to her changing needs always endeavouring to accommodate any special requests even at short notice. This care and support are invaluable, given the fact that immediate family members do not live locally, and it ensures that my parents can live independent lives in their own home. Priceless!
SureCare has given really good care to Mum over the last 7-months over this difficult time with the Covid rules and regs. Mum is very fond of the carers and their friendly approach to her. The carers are lovely, and all the office staff and manager are really good, nothing is too much trouble for extra requests and queries. Mum had a short time recently in respite care, and when social services were very late in letting SureCare know Mum was coming home, SureCare were very reassuring to me and managed to put a care package back in with hardly any notice.
My son has had the service of SureCare for several years now. The staff are friendly, efficient and courteous at all times. We have has very few interruptions in service, and alternatives have always been offered if it ever happens. We enjoy the help of the same carers, which is a credit to them and the company for maintaining the same staff.
The Scarborough Surecare team have been amazing with the care and professionalism they have shown my mum since taking over her care! They treat mum with dignity and respect, and she looks forward to them coming! Any communication with the company is swiftly dealt with! I cannot fault Surecare, and they have given me peace of mind that my mum is been cared for to a very high standard
Kind and caring.
Carers are prompt, friendly and reliable.
Needs of people I feel are dealt with dignity; making you feel at ease.
The care provided has been excellent, with all the carers having prompt empathy and willing to go the 'extra mile' to help. It is a positive and sympathetic approach, which is brilliant. Both my parents 90 and 91 look forward immensely to the carers arriving to help them each day.
Very good service which have already recommended to someone living in Leeds. I appreciate very much all the help I have been given - thank you.
The carers are reliable, friendly and caring. They encourage my husband to shower and dress with their assistance. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other people.
I also have a Surecare cleaner for an hour each week and find them most helpful, efficient and adaptive.
