Always helpful and polite, the carers put themselves out to reassure patients they are safe in their hands.
As far as I'm concerned, SureCare is a very sound and reliable firm. Just over 6 years after coming out of the hospital after an aortic aneurysm (December 2015), I had a 2-week daily care, which I eventually reduced to a 2 days per week. Currently on a 7 day per week following heart failure in May 2016. Please note that care for me consists of one half-hour per day.
