The carers are reliable, friendly and caring. They encourage my husband to shower and dress with their assistance. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other people.

Having had a severe stroke over a year ago, I have had a carer from SureCare for an hour each morning to help me wash and dress. I find them all to be very caring and friendly to chat with. They are very good at remembering my routine and I have never been let down by a carer not arriving.

I also have a Surecare cleaner for an hour each week and find them most helpful, efficient and adaptive.

Always helpful and polite, the carers put themselves out to reassure patients they are safe in their hands.

As far as I'm concerned, SureCare is a very sound and reliable firm. Just over 6 years after coming out of the hospital after an aortic aneurysm (December 2015), I had a 2-week daily care, which I eventually reduced to a 2 days per week. Currently on a 7 day per week following heart failure in May 2016. Please note that care for me consists of one half-hour per day.
