She holds SVQF Level 7 in Social Services and Healthcare and Level 10 in Care Services Leadership and Management, alongside dementia awareness and staff development training.

Nicola brings 15 years of experience in the care sector and a proven track record of excellence to her role as Team Leader. Over her career, she has worked across dementia, end-of-life, and learning disability support, and has developed specialist skills in staff training and leadership. She holds a range of professional certifications including dementia and palliative care training, PEG feeding, controlled drug training, and manual handling expertise.

Nicola’s commitment and compassion have been recognised through multiple awards including Palliative Care of the Year 2022, Carer of the Year Finalist 2020, and Team Leadership Finalist 2024 at the Great British Care Awards. She is known for her reliability, warmth, and genuine care for every individual she supports. Families often remark on her ability to make a meaningful difference in their loved one’s lives, and her unwavering belief in treating each person with dignity and respect. Outside of work, Nicola enjoys socialising, attending concerts, and travelling with her son for his kickboxing and taekwondo events.

Stephanie brings 15 years of experience and a wealth of expertise to her role as Care Coordinator. She holds an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and was proudly recognised as a Scottish Care Awards 2022 Winner for excellence in Palliative and End-of-Life Care. Throughout her career, Stephanie has successfully guided teams through multiple Care Inspectorate inspections, achieving top ratings for quality and compliance.

Her leadership is defined by calmness, compassion, and a strong focus on person-centred care. Stephanie has built and maintained high-performing, motivated teams, introducing training and mentoring programs that improve staff confidence and consistency.
