She holds SVQ Levels 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care, as well as a Level 10 Award in Care Leadership and Management. Her expertise covers all areas of care, and she also holds qualifications in Makaton and British Sign Language, enabling her to communicate effectively with individuals with diverse needs.

Anne Marie has a proven track record of improving service quality and achieving high Care Inspectorate ratings, having turned underperforming services into high-performing ones within a short time. Families often praise her approachable and hands-on management style, as well as the confidence and reassurance she brings to both clients and staff. She believes in helping people live the lives they want with dignity, respect, and choice, consistently goes above and beyond to make that a reality. With 14 years of experience across all levels of care, Lisa brings both frontline insight and strong leadership to her role as Deputy Manager. Her career journey, from carer to team leader, supervisor, coordinator, and eventually deputy manager, reflects her deep understanding of what excellent care looks like at every stage. She holds SVQF Level 7 in Social Services and Healthcare and Level 10 in Care Services Leadership and Management, alongside dementia awareness and staff development training.

Lisa is passionate about fostering teamwork, communication, and professional growth within her team. She believes that great care comes from collaboration, respect and a shared commitment to quality. Her focus is on ensuring that every client receives care tailored to their needs, care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Known for her positive attitude and approachable nature, Lisa is often described as someone who always goes the extra mile to ensure clients receive the highest standard of support. When she’s not at work, she enjoys time with family and friends, trips to the cinema, and holidays abroad.

Nicola brings 15 years of experience in the care sector and a proven track record of excellence to her role as Team Leader. Over her career, she has worked across dementia, end-of-life, and learning disability support, and has developed specialist skills in staff training and leadership. She holds a range of professional certifications including dementia and palliative care training, PEG feeding, controlled drug training, and manual handling expertise.

Nicola’s commitment and compassion have been recognised through multiple awards including Palliative Care of the Year 2022, Carer of the Year Finalist 2020, and Team Leadership Finalist 2024 at the Great British Care Awards. She is known for her reliability, warmth, and genuine care for every individual she supports. Families often remark on her ability to make a meaningful difference in their loved one’s lives, and her unwavering belief in treating each person with dignity and respect. Outside of work, Nicola enjoys socialising, attending concerts, and travelling with her son for his kickboxing and taekwondo events.

Stephanie brings 15 years of experience and a wealth of expertise to her role as Care Coordinator. She holds an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and was proudly recognised as a Scottish Care Awards 2022 Winner for excellence in Palliative and End-of-Life Care. Throughout her career, Stephanie has successfully guided teams through multiple Care Inspectorate inspections, achieving top ratings for quality and compliance.

Her leadership is defined by calmness, compassion, and a strong focus on person-centred care. Stephanie has built and maintained high-performing, motivated teams, introducing training and mentoring programs that improve staff confidence and consistency. Families often describe her as dependable, understanding, and deeply empathetic, someone who truly listens and ensures loved ones are supported with respect and dignity. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, and values the importance of laughter, connection, and kindness in both her personal and professional life.
