They are very polite, always greeted with a smile and focused on the care of my home and the care of myself. They are always trying to take care of my well being. Making sure I eat, take regular walks out doors etc.

I am happy with my home care help
She does everything I ask her to do
She is friendly and polite
She is understanding of our situation e g My husband has deteriorating memory problems,
I have osteoarthritis and spinal stenosis.
She gets on and does the work required of her without any problems and always with a smile.

I have no hesitation in recommending her.

My mum enjoyed the company and tge 24hr care she got while I was away. She would like the carer again if we need cover. The carer was with my mum for 4 days and did everything that my mum needed. Would definitely use again.

From the first contact, our experience with Surecare has been absolutely excellent.
Most importantly, the small team caring for my mother are incredibly kind, friendly and respect her desire to be as independent as possible. Communication has been very easy and they have been so helpful and flexible as we settle into this new routine. Mum is now enjoying better health than she has for a long time and I am very reassured to know that we have Surecare to provide support going forward.

I am truly grateful to Surecare for their staff and the service they provide. They have far exceeded my expectations in every respect.

We looked at numerous care companies to support my father while we attended a family event.
We are beyond grateful for the support they provided my father and for the care and attention taken to make him feel comfortable and safe in his own home while we were away.
My father has a new lease of independence and interest in day to day activities and this is all down to the amazing staff.
We honestly can not thank you enough for the care you provided not only for my father but the support for the rest of the family and knowing he was in good hands.

I would without a hesitation recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company who will care for your loved one at the highest level.

Excellent advice and assistance. We moved our mum (89) from care home to family home. Surecare Glasgow provided advice before move, and then designated and delivered additional specific care that enhanced my mum's quality of life.

Coming out of hospital my 98 year old mother was considered a fall risk .We decided to put in 24hr care at home before going down the care route option.

Very few companies provide overnight services . SureCare did exactly what we were hoping for around the clock with good care kindness and reliability for many months.
