It takes a lot of stress and worry about her away from me as I know she is being well looked after. They are also incredibly helpful and happily accommodate any changes in requests. I would highly recommend the service provided as I know Ritu expects her team to deliver a high quality service.

Ritu and her team have been providing excellent care for my father for about 2 years now. Gosh I can't believe it's been that long! He has complex needs from a medical perspective, is fairly immobile and due to dementia, is not the easiest chap to deal with but they take wonderful care of him and his beloved pooch. He has grown to love the entire care team and looks forward to seeing them 4 times a day. They have enabled him to stay in his own home, with his pets which I know is what he wants. Huge thank you from the Wardle family. Cannot rate highly enough!

My son who is bedbound has had Sure care for nearly 2 years now. I cannot fault this company. The compassion, care, and support that has been given to our son is amazing. My son is like a family member to each and every carer that visits him. They make him laugh every day, and comfort him when he is in pain. The team interact with each other after every visit, so that everyone is clear on any issues that may arise during the visits. I can read the notes after each visit, which gives me peace of mind. I have never had a more reliable caring team like Surecare before. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond every day for my son. I would highly recommend to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation as us and needing round the clock, high quality care, to choose Surecare.

My mother has been looked after by Sure Care Staff for a number of years. I find the care provided is outstanding and couldn't have wished for anything better. It has given my brother and I peace of mind knowing that mum is being well cared for every morning. They are totally reliable, always punctual, and have established a consistent routine for getting mum up in the morning. She is treated with dignity, the carers always respect her wishes, they take their time and mum is never rushed. I truly feel there is a proper partnership with high levels of communication using the app for daily reports, together with text messages used for specific concerns or needs. I have total confidence in the team and in the management, they have never failed us. More importantly, our mother who has dementia and will shortly be 92 years old is very happy being cared for by Sure Care staff.

My family and I were extremely impressed by every carer who came to visit my mother in the last week of her life. They all showed so much kindness and empathy to all of our family at a difficult time. They always arrived on time and came and left quietly. I know it was the period over Christmas but every time they visited they always appeared with a smile on their face and were unobtrusive. My mum had never wanted carers before but she never once complained about them and always praised them highly to us. We honestly would recommend Sure care to anyone in need of help and would like to thank everyone involved in Mums care

Sure care have been an absolute godsend. They have helped so much. They are incredible with their care delivery and every single staff member I have met are, kind, caring, compassionate, empathetic, fun thorough and professional. They are always happy to go the extra mile! Always! The management team have been exceptional also, they help when needed in emergencies in regard to rotas, they have made changes when needed, even when they themselves may be under pressure and they have always met the needs and requirements of the service user I am next of kin for. They always find a solution. They have also supported me by listening when finding things difficult and always offered extra support where they can! They are trustworthy and I know that the job will always be done and to an exceptional standard! Having sure care support me has changed mine, along with the service users life tremendously. Wonderful care company!!! We couldn't be happier.

The app gave me great peace of mind with regular updates and photos I knew my mother was safe and well I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing care experience. From mid-March I had SureCare caring for me following a major injury to my arm and shoulder that left me unable to care for myself. The manager and two of her staff came to visit me daily for 9 months. They took care of my daily personal hygiene regime. I was more than happy with the service provided. They were professional and very caring and helped me to regain my confidence and ability to help myself. I can't thank them enough and will always recommend them wholeheartedly.
