A very caring company, the girls are always happy and smiling.

I was very impressed with the staff from SureCare who looked after my mother very professionally. They were always on time and treated my mother with respect, always making sure I was kept up to date on her well-being.

I found this company after a number of people, I deliver to, expressed their positive reviews of it. I have to say, from my experience over the past few months, they have been diligent, professional and compassionate. Compared to another company that was funded locally after my mother was released from hospital, this company has been nothing but outstanding. I particularly like that I can see each day what has happened through an app that I access. I would have absolutely no hesitation what so ever of recommending Sure Care as a care service for anyone.

We have been using home care for a while now and we are very pleased with the service they provide. The carer who comes out daily is a lovely lady and does a tremendous job of looking after my mother-in-law, also the people who run the company are very informative and keep a good communication with us about anything we should know. Would highly recommend them.

SureCare was recommended to us by the hospital after Mum had a bout of pneumonia and needed help at home. We have the carer in Monday to Friday mornings to help Mum get up, washed and dressed and they prepare her breakfast and make sure she is comfortable. This has helped us a lot. We would definitely recommend this company. The management team are so friendly and helpful.

We are delighted with the highly professional service provided by SureCare, and we are deeply thankful for the kind, thoughtful and tender care that they provided for our late mother. From our initial discussions to service delivery, they more than met and exceeded our hopes and expectations. More importantly, Mum was clearly fond of all who provided her care. We were only able to use the SureCare service for two weeks. During that time the SureCare carers were always with us at the agreed time. They treat my husband with kindness and patience. Unfortunately his mobility plummeted dramatically and the decision was made that he needed full time care in a dementia orientated care home. I was impressed with the help and advice I received from the SureCare manager and would have no hesitation in recommending this excellent service.

SureCare have been amazing with my mum. She was diagnosed with dementia and was reluctant to any help around the house. SureCare has been so kind, patient and understanding of her needs. Slowly my mum has come to realise that she needs Surecare to take her daily medication, have her meals cooked and now looks forward to the visits. The staff are always prompt and have a great system whereby myself and my brother are updated on an app after each visit and it tells us how our mum is doing, the visit and any concerns. I couldn't do without them and I am incredibly grateful. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for all you do.

We were very apprehensive about constantly having carers in the home even though we desperately needed the help, but the experience with our carers could not have been better. They are very professional, punctual, tidy, really caring and clearly have a vocation. We feel very blessed to have them. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

They arranged care for my father three times a day, and the service could not be faulted. The carer always turned up on time and meticulously recorded every detail.
