My mother suffered a major injury to her arm and shoulder in mid-March. She was obviously affected by this injury, but also on a personal and mental level regarding conducting basic personal hygiene and personal care. SureCare came out and assessed her immediately and put in place a usable care plan which took care of her needs and suited the necessary requirements. During this time, they gave her the confidence to help herself and just being there to help additionally if necessary. I will always be thankful to them for providing this personal service and will highly recommend them if anyone considers using them in the future.

I have to say, from my experience over the past few months, they have been diligent, professional and compassionate. Compared to another company that was funded locally after my mother was released from hospital, this company has been nothing but outstanding. I particularly like that I can see each day what has happened through an app that I access. I would have absolutely no hesitation what so ever of recommending Sure Care as a care service for anyone.

I want to give my sincere thanks to the Stevenage SureCare team for making a very difficult time as comfortable as possible for my mother in her last weeks and months. From our very first discussions, the leadership showed enormous empathy and support, with a hands-on approach to establishing care routines and resolving any challenges. The care team were, without exception, excellent. Professional, helpful and kind; they did everything that they could to create a positive environment. SureCare went well beyond my expectations of the kind of care that we would be able to get for my mother. They were there for the family every step of the way with both practical and emotional support, responding dynamically to each new challenge.

Since engaging with SureCare, we have been on a significant journey and the regrettable decline of my mother's health. During this time, we have formed a strong and trusted bond with our care team, who provide amazing support, companionship, and advice to our mother on a daily basis. The reassurance we get from these daily visits is immeasurable, but also 'real-time'. The mobile app provides us with detailed updates following the visit, which provides us insight into our mother's well-being, dietary updates and medication intake - which helps with our continued personal updates with her. This information has proved vital in our support for our mother. These visits are not intrusive on our mother's behalf but are structured and accurate in the recording of observations, conversations and support. We have been made aware immediately of any concerns about our mother's health (under/over medicating) as an example, which allows us to take action.

SureCare provided wonderful care for our dad at the end of his life while we were providing palliative care for him at home. It was a very difficult time for us, and I'm not sure how we would have coped without the care provided by the SureCare team. The team provided a very person-centred approach and was careful to listen to Dad and ensure that he had full control over the care he received. The team showed Dad compassion and dignity, which was extended to the entire family. We couldn't have asked for anything more during this difficult time, and the carers are a credit to the organisation.
SureCare provided us with comfort and support at the most difficult of times, and we have no hesitation in recommending them to other families looking for care and support for their loved ones.

We were only able to use the SureCare service for two weeks. During that time the SureCare carers were always with us at the agreed time. They treat my husband with kindness and patience. Unfortunately his mobility plummeted dramatically and the decision was made that he needed full time care in a dementia orientated care home. SureCare have been amazing with my mum. She was diagnosed with dementia and was reluctant to any help around the house. SureCare has been so kind, patient and understanding of her needs. Slowly my mum has come to realise that she needs Surecare to take her daily medication, have her meals cooked and now looks forward to the visits. The staff are always prompt and have a great system whereby myself and my brother are updated on an app after each visit and it tells us how our mum is doing, the visit and any concerns. I couldn't do without them and I am incredibly grateful. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for all you do.

We were very apprehensive about constantly having carers in the home even though we desperately needed the help, but the experience with our carers could not have been better. They arranged care for my father three times a day, and the service could not be faulted. The carer always turned up on time and meticulously recorded every detail. My father was very happy with the care he received and found them very friendly and caring. I was very impressed with the service and would have no reservations about recommending SureCare. They offer a really caring and efficient service.

They have maintained continuity, arrived on time and are professional in all aspects. We feel the care is good quality and safe. We would highly recommend the care team to other clients or families.
