I can't thank Surecare enough for their help and support today.
My son was fairly poorly when they arrived this morning. They helped to get him up so that he could attend the out of hours gp service at the hospital. They came with us to the hospital and collected his prescription so that he could
start his antibiotics. We are incredibly grateful for all the help provided. Surecare you are totally amazing. Thank you so much.

My family and I were extremely impressed by every carer who came to visit my mother in the last week of her life. They all showed so much kindness and empathy to all of our family at a difficult time. They always arrived on time and came and left quietly. I know it was the period over Christmas but
every time they visited they always appeared with a smile on their face and were unobtrusive. My mum had never wanted carers before but she never once complained about them and always praised them highly to us. We honestly would recommend Sure care to anyone in need of help and would like to thank everyone involved in Mums care

Sure care have been an absolute godsend. They have helped so much. They are incredible with their care delivery and every single staff member I have met are, kind, caring, compassionate, empathetic, fun thorough and professional. They are always happy to go the extra mile! Always! The management
team have been exceptional also, they help when needed in emergencies in regard to rotas, they have made changes when needed, even when they themselves may be under pressure and they have always met the needs and requirements of the service user I am next of kin for. They always find a solution. They have also supported me by listening when finding things difficult and always offered extra support where they can! They are trustworthy and I know that the job will always be done and to an exceptional standard! Having sure care support me has changed mine, along with the service users life tremendously. Wonderful care company!!! We couldn't be happier.

I was very nervous and apprehensive to leave my mother while I went away as because of her lack of speech I was worried she would be misunderstood however Surecare put my mind at ease by providing excellent care and support with dementia friendly carers. The management and care staff where warm and
kind, polite and courteous always on time and very informative. The app gave me great peace of mind with regular updates and photos I knew my mother was safe and well I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing care experience. Thank you to all at Surecare.

We can't thank the carers enough for their PATIENCE and kindness throughout their visits. My mum wasn't too keen on the idea of carers at the start, but they were all so kind and helpful that instantly she looked forward to their visits and didn't want them to leave! They gave us peace of mind and
kept her clean and comfortable and we really appreciate everything they did.

I care for my 93 year old Mother full time but obviously we need a break from each other. I contacted SureCare about visiting my Mother one a day during my absences.
We were both a little apprehensive but the manager and the team quickly gained our confidence. Mum loves their visits,so much so
that we have increased the visits to twice a day.
The access to the app enables me to hear about her day and see photos which in turn enables me to relax on my holidays.
I know that should anything happen to her they will look after her until I can get home .
A big thank you to the carers, as my mum calls them 'Her wonderful girls'. Thank you all so much for giving my Mum such wonderful care.

The staff and their team of carers have been excellent. My Mum's health has deteriorated rapidly, & they have gone out of their way to arrange & adapt care visits accordingly. All the carers are lovely, the app logging care visits is brilliant, & has given us all peace of mind during an extremely
stressful time. I highly recommend them.

Surecare ladies treat my Mum with great kindness and respect, they are happy and friendly and do their best to interact with Mum. They keep us updated after every visit which is really helpful. Their timekeeping is excellent, we can always rely on them to visit on time. Special treats at Christmas
and on her birthday especially appreciated. Keep up the good work.

From mid-March I had SureCare caring for me following a major injury to my arm and shoulder that left me unable to care for myself. The manager and two of her staff came to visit me daily for 9 months. They took care of my daily personal hygiene regime. I was more than happy with the service
provided. They were professional and very caring and helped me to regain my confidence and ability to help myself. I can't thank them enough and will always recommend them wholeheartedly.

SureCare enabled my Dad to live in his own home and have his own independence. He has ever-changing needs and the team goes above and beyond to accommodate these changes. They keep me up to date with what's happening day to day via the app.

My mother suffered a major injury to her arm and shoulder in mid-March. She was obviously affected by this injury, but also on a personal and mental level regarding conducting basic personal hygiene and personal care. SureCare came out and assessed her immediately and put in place a usable care plan
which took care of her needs and suited the necessary requirements. During this time, they gave her the confidence to help herself and just being there to help additionally if necessary. I will always be thankful to them for providing this personal service and will highly recommend them if anyone considers using them in the future.

I found this company after a number of people, I deliver to, expressed their positive reviews of it. I have to say, from my experience over the past few months, they have been diligent, professional and compassionate. Compared to another company that was funded locally after my mother was released
from hospital, this company has been nothing but outstanding. I particularly like that I can see each day what has happened through an app that I access. I would have absolutely no hesitation what so ever of recommending Sure Care as a care service for anyone.

I want to give my sincere thanks to the Stevenage SureCare team for making a very difficult time as comfortable as possible for my mother in her last weeks and months. From our very first discussions, the leadership showed enormous empathy and support, with a hands-on approach to establishing care
routines and resolving any challenges. The care team were, without exception, excellent. Professional, helpful and kind; they did everything that they could to create a positive environment.
SureCare went well beyond my expectations of the kind of care that we would be able to get for my mother. They were there for the family every step of the way with both practical and emotional support, responding dynamically to each new challenge.
Thanks to everyone at SureCare Stevenage. we were so very lucky to have found you.

The whole team were so accommodating, friendly and flexible.
My mum and dad always found their carers positive and very helpful.
We appreciated how the carers were willing to go the extra mile and do extra little jobs that needed doing around the flat if they had time.
SureCare gave me peace of
mind, knowing that my parents were safe whilst I was on holiday.

The service provided was both practical yet compassionate. A small item but the care company manager organised a birthday cake and visited on Mum's birthday and also attended the cremation ceremony.
I think those things alone describe the level of care provided.

Sure care have been an absolute godsend. They have helped so much. They are incredible with their care delivery and every single staff member I have met are, kind, caring, compassionate, empathetic, fun thorough and professional. They are always happy to go the extra mile! Always! The management
