Jess will just never know how much she helped me make the necessary steps to move my mum's care into the next phase

Her kindness, professionalism and knowledge meant that my mum got the emergency help she deserved quickly.

What started off as a routine appointment to initially discuss care requirements ended up as a supportive informative caring solution-based conversation and I know my mum will be in safe hands when she's back home- thank you so much Jess, you were so kind and caring to me at a time when I needed it most to take action!

I am very happy and satisfied with the surecare services provided to my daughter. The staff is very co-operative and professional. They know how to treat their clients on all sorts of situations . My daughter is also happy with the staff.

Overall Experience

We've been with Surecare for a number of years, and I can honestly say they've been a god send to both me and my parents. Being able to go to work with complete peace of mind, knowing my parents are being so well looked after, means everything. The care provided is consistently professional and of a very high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Surecare to anyone looking for quality care for themselves or their loved ones.

Good service by all carers.
Prompt attention and response from the office team
Responsive to changes in circumstances ie appointments, medication, periods in hospital etc.
New carers shadow existing meaning speedier transition

Carers are mums "angels" and very much appreciated by us all

The staff go above and beyond at short notice. They have spent a lot of time building a therapeutic compassionate relationship with Mam. Nothing I ask is ever a problem. Needed medication collected from GP at short notice during a care visit and they got it immediately ! Superb team cannot speak highly enough of them.

Excellent service without fail. Never a miss and the staff is very polite and obliging. They even ask a few times if anything else needs doing if they have time.

Always on time when they are expected to arrive.

I called the service manager in the friday to request a carer for the sunday of bank holiday. very short notice and she was so helpful and responded immediately to inform me that they could provide a carer.

The carer arrived for my dad promptly and his feed back was great. very friendly, professional, kept him company after serving up his lunch. my dad throughly enjoyed seeing a new face and and having a general chit chat. this is the 2nd time we've used this company and will always be our go to as my dads care needs increase. thank you to the manager, the carer, and the team

Overall Experience

The carers are of a high quality and carry out their job in a very professional yet friendly manner. My mam has been poorly recently and is currently living away from home and she really misses seeing her Surecare friends. Surecare still look after my dad and it is nice to still have a connection with Surecare. As a family we are more than satisfied with the service we receive from Surecare. This is a care provider I would highly recommend.

I can't speak highly enough of SureCare and the support they provide to my mum and family. The care staff are punctual and always engage with Mum rather than our old company that just wanted to be in and out. As a result, the regular staff have built a really good relationship with her, which is really comforting for us. All the care team have become an extended family and we really don't know how we would survive without them. If you are looking for a company, then look no further as SureCare truly is an exceptional care provider and I recommend them all the time!

Very good carers, sympathetic and have a good sense of humour, would recommend SureCare to anyone who's having difficulty with their lifestyle because of injury, be it a minor injury or a serious one.

Surecare have looked after my mum for a couple of years now. Mum had help from 2 other care companies before Surecare, but Surecare are the best. The team in the office are always friendly and helpful. The girls who help Mum are all lovely and treat her with kindness and respect. I will always recommend Surecare to anyone who needs help.

I can't give enough praise for this company. The care staff are always punctual and very caring and understanding of my stepmother's needs, particularly around her mental health.
They are very proactive and keep me informed if they have any concerns.

The support staff in the office are always polite and helpful.

Overall Experience

Surecare has been helping with the care of our elderly father since January 2024. It has been wonderful to find a very local company, who can give us regular consistent helpers. Dad has so enjoyed their interest and gentle care, they are very willing to fit in with our long-standing resident carer's systems and go to great lengths to look after Dad as an individual, engaging him in conversation, looking at things that interest him, and putting his dignity first. I would happily recommend Surecare.

A wonderful service delivered by many friendly staff. Office staff are helpful and always willing to make changes to help me get the most out of the service they provide and to make it as pleasant an experience as possible for myself, the service user. My only gripe is recently they took on a couple of employees who didn’t understand or speak English very well at all. I hope they learned from service users that this shouldn’t have happened as the experience was horrible. Overall I’m very happy with the service I receive and prefer this company to the last one I was with because I’m treated as an individual whose opinion means something AND the carers are helpful and very friendly.

SureCare management have always listened to our needs and the care staff have been professional and hard-working. Sure Care have tried to ensure that the carers get on well with my wife and have all been friendly and active. Complex medication has normally been administered satisfactorily.

Overall Experience

My dad used the services of home care following a 7-week stay in the hospital. Having been independent in his own home all his life, the transition of being cared for, etc was difficult for him. From our first meeting with one lady who visited his home to discuss his care needs, we were put at ease with the knowledge that the transition was going to be made as easy as possible for him. The carers who attended to him did so professionally, and all times, maintained his dignity. They were very friendly and caring towards him and put him at ease straight away, so much so that he was calling them his “family“ by the time his care ended due to his decision to go into a care home.
