The same two carers from Anie's team (or Anie herself) visit my dad, who has dementia and lives alone, four times a week. They have been very flexible in the type of care provided, including housework, laundry, checking his fridge for out-of-date food, accompanying him to activities and appointments, accompanying him to get shopping, and letting us know of any issues with him or his house. Anie has also been very flexible in communications - I really appreciate the groupchat for the carers to keep me posted. All team members are punctual and hardworking, and I am very happy to have them checking on my dad.
They are dependable, flexible when we've had visitors, and take all the strain from me while they're here, so I'm getting time for myself.
Mum is thoroughly enjoying the times they are here, their pleasant company and relief that I've got time off.
Annie is easy to communicate with, swift to respond to any enquiries. Her empathy and wisdom from 30 years of caring experience a warm support.
Thanks Annie.
They are very accommodating as my daughter received care short notice.
My daughter has been matched up well with her carer's.
They have been so accommodating, even at short notice, when mum has needed medication checks, light cleaning, companionship, & trips out.
Nothing has been too much trouble, & for me it has been a weight of my mind, as I live at the end of the country from my mum.
Mum is also very happy with her Carer, & has been happy with everything.
Which to me is most important.
First class home and personal care from Surecare Ayrshire. The whole service was faultless. The carer was really friendly and looked after my personal care needs in a really professional and respectful way. She also left my home spotlessly clean, did my laundry and even brought me some much needed shopping. I would highly recommend Surecare Ayrshire for homecare.
We are very happy with the approach and support we have received from SCA. They were responsive to our requests and needs working with us when we were not sure how best to move forward. We always feel they are putting support our needs first.
