I found the carers to be extremely professional, gentle and respectful when taking care of my wife.
They only visited for a short time before my wife sadly passed, but I was most impressed by their work ethic and caring attitude.

Professional and efficient service. Cleaning standards are good and the staff pleasant. I would recommend Surecare to friends and family.
They do more in 2hours than I manage in a fortnight and since I have been immobile following a recent accident they have been very helpful.

Lyndsay and her team were wonderful whilst caring for my Dad, Roy. Nothing was too much trouble and they excelled at ensuring Dad was very well-cared for and comfortable in his last few days. My son and I also received excellent, genuine support during this difficult time.

We have a main carer Monday to Friday who is excellent. Weekends are different but still good Carole is well looked after I'm really pleased.
