The instance the carer walked through the door it was clear she was very competent, knowledgeble and experienced.
Taking my brother's wishes into account she immediately met my brother's needs in a competent and friedly manner. This made it possible for my brother to renain at home for the remainder
of his days.

My stepmother has been looked after by Surecare for almost two years. During that time she had a number of visits every day to administer personal care, meal preparation and medication. Surecare's database enabled me to read what the carers had done during each visit and how my stepmother was feeling
that day. Surecare office staff were also very helpful in finding outside services, e.g. chiropodist, when this was required. I have found Surecare to be a very good team from office staff to carers and am happy to recommend them.

Excellence, professionalism, apathy, and caring are only a few words to describe the high standard which Sure Care has achieved. My late mother and myself have endured various domiciliary companies which only reach the minimum standard of care, workforce shortages, inconsistency and lack of continuity.
The ladies in the office and care assistants enabled us to maintain independence, dignity and comfort for my late mother. Flexibility and personalisation are also prevalent and important, which Sure Care show in abundance. Thank you so much, Sure Care, continue the excellence.

My experience has been first-class care. I haven't a bad word to say, they always did their best to support time changes for hospital appointments and my mother was treated well. It felt that all of us were a family and always felt valued. The management team always cared and bent over backwards to

We were really happy with the care our dad received from SureCare in the last weeks of his life and the speed that everything was put in place and got into a routine. The staff treated him with respect and compassion at all times. They were genuinely interested in his life and he enjoyed chatting to
them all in his last days. This made everything so much easier for him at what could have been a really upsetting time (his health had deteriorated quite quickly). The practical care and support given was also really good. If care had continued for a longer time the app that you use to communicate would have been really useful.

As a former Operations Director of one of the UK's larger private Home Care providers, to say I was anxious about my dad receiving Home Care is an understatement. I had mentally set the bar on the standards that I expected and was in no mood to compromise.
However, right from the very first telephone
call I received from SureCare Doncaster, my mind was put to ease.
For almost 12 months now, my dad has had the very best care, and we, as a family, have felt supported and cared for equally well by everyone at Sure Care Doncaster.
When I say the very best care, I mean the very best care.
SureCare Doncaster has set the gold standard now; they have completely rewritten the rule book in my mind.
I can't obviously name the staff individually, but suffice to say that each and every one of them has been outstanding, demonstrating compassion and care for my dad (and my mum).
I have absolutely no hesitation in endorsing SureCare Doncaster and would recommend them to anyone.

The service SureCare provides is invaluable. The care and respect the care team show is amazing and is a real comfort to the family. The flexibility and understanding the management and care team have shown due to my uncles increasing needs, and the passion and determination they have shown to both

SureCare Doncaster are a real the most amazing care provider. They have cared for my aunty for a number of years plus her husband before he passed away. The care package was constantly needing to change due to complex needs and hospital visits. As aunty became increasingly unwell and needing almost
24-hour care, this was implemented by the office and carers were very kind, punctual and were amazing, they really pushed themselves to totally look after my aunt. Sadly she has now passed away ut was able to be at home as she wished.
