SureCare has provided an efficient, effective and compassionate service which my mother and all the family are delighted with. All the staff at Surecare, in the office and working in the home are friendly, totally professional and caring. In a difficult and often stressful situation, dealing with Surecare is very reassuring.

Meet the Team (7)
Caron Oldreive is the Registered Manager and a Director of SureCare Doncaster. Caron had a successful career for many years in residential care management before establishing SureCare in Doncaster in 2005. She has maintained commitment throughout the organisation to providing high-quality standards of care and support for our service users.
Michael had a lead role in Operational Management during the establishment of SureCare in Doncaster in 2005. He became a Director of the business in 2016 with responsibility for company finance and operational planning and procedures.
Stephanie Wharton manages the SureCare office and In House Induction training. She is responsible for staff development and supervision of care workers, area supervisors and the On-Call team. Stephanie had extensive previous experience as a Team Leader and NVQ Assessor in the residential and nursing sector.
Katie manages a full range of administrative and operational support tasks in our office.
Paula has a key position in managing quality assurance procedures, client assessments, reviews and staff competency checks. Her role includes auditing services through an electronic system that enables real-time monitoring of visit times and tasks. Paula has a lead role in managing our On-Call service outside of office hours.
Rebecca has a key position in managing quality assurance procedures, client assessments, reviews and staff competency checks. Her role includes auditing services through an electronic system that enables real-time monitoring of visit times and tasks.
