My dad is a relatively new client but since he's started receiving care he has been a lot happier. All of the staff I have met are lovely, genuine people who definitely put the needs of the client first. I am delighted with SureCare and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Initially, dad only needed help with breakfast and getting up but over the year his care needs have increased. SureCare always tried to accommodate changes needs, it did take a little while to really get things right between us but we did.
There are some real diamonds in the SureCare team carers that
really care and go the extra mile and support staff who just want to help you to look after your loved ones and keep them in their own homes for as long as possible. I can't thank them enough.
