The service provided for my 98 year old father living independently was highly professional yet very compassionate.
Carers and office staff alike continually went above and beyond to ensure his needs were met and was of the highest standard .
The team who were involved in my dad's care , we felt
, were like extended family and the relationship we had was open and positive .
If there were any concerns on either party , they were raised and resolved to our mutual satisfaction in a professional manner.
We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company and team to anyone .
A huge thank you from the whole family - including dad who is now enjoying life in full time care .

My mum has 3 regular care visits per day by the Sure Care Team. The care she receives is exemplary in everything they do. They look after her needs daily, she is always clean, they make her meal choices exactly as she wants them, do her medication & even adhere to late changes if shes been in
hospital and given different meds, they check hospital forms for changes & just get on with the work they need to do. My mum always feels safe in their care, she has dementia but they are familiar to her now & she even knows they're coming .
They are very conscientious in her home wearing overshoes if the weather is bad to protect her floors, they do light cleaning duties & her washing & drying if needed, they leave her home daily in a spotless condition.
They care for her in a way that shows so much compassion & empathy, they have lovely personalities and always call me if they feel there's a problem I need to be aware of. I can not praise this company & their carers, managers , enough.

I couldn't wish for an fantastic lovely bunch of loyal genuine carers and management. They look after me 4 times a day due to my condition COPD also on oxygen 24/7. Fantastic company.

SureCare have been outstanding in their care for my mother. They look after her well - working with us and also supporting with prescriptions, liaising with district nurses and other health professionals. The carers are helpful, kind and patient. Staff in the office are very supportive and
approachable, keeping me up to date with things via phone and text and I am also kept up to date with the carers' comments on the app. Thank you SureCare - you are providing an outstanding service, not just for Mum but for us as her family - peace of mind!

The instance the carer walked through the door it was clear she was very competent, knowledgeble and experienced.
Taking my brother's wishes into account she immediately met my brother's needs in a competent and friedly manner. This made it possible for my brother to renain at home for the
remainder of his days.

My stepmother has been looked after by Surecare for almost two years. During that time she had a number of visits every day to administer personal care, meal preparation and medication. Surecare's database enabled me to read what the carers had done during each visit and how my stepmother was
feeling that day. Surecare office staff were also very helpful in finding outside services, e.g. chiropodist, when this was required. I have found Surecare to be a very good team from office staff to carers and am happy to recommend them.

Excellence, professionalism, apathy, and caring are only a few words to describe the high standard which Sure Care has achieved. My late mother and myself have endured various domiciliary companies which only reach the minimum standard of care, workforce shortages, inconsistency and lack of
continuity. The ladies in the office and care assistants enabled us to maintain independence, dignity and comfort for my late mother. Flexibility and personalisation are also prevalent and important, which Sure Care show in abundance. Thank you so much, Sure Care, continue the excellence.

My experience has been first-class care. I haven't a bad word to say, they always did their best to support time changes for hospital appointments and my mother was treated well. It felt that all of us were a family and always felt valued. The management team always cared and bent over backwards to
achieve any requests. I would without any doubt recommend SureCare.

I would like to make my appreciation known regarding my mother's regular carers. The kindness shown and attentive caring nature is beyond belief. Empathy and a willingness to listen to my mother is a good learning process for onboarding new staff. Well done SureCare.

We were really happy with the care our dad received from SureCare in the last weeks of his life and the speed that everything was put in place and got into a routine. The staff treated him with respect and compassion at all times. They were genuinely interested in his life and he enjoyed chatting to
them all in his last days. This made everything so much easier for him at what could have been a really upsetting time (his health had deteriorated quite quickly). The practical care and support given was also really good. If care had continued for a longer time the app that you use to communicate would have been really useful.

As a former Operations Director of one of the UK's larger private Home Care providers, to say I was anxious about my dad receiving Home Care is an understatement. I had mentally set the bar on the standards that I expected and was in no mood to compromise.
However, right from the very first
telephone call I received from SureCare Doncaster, my mind was put to ease.
For almost 12 months now, my dad has had the very best care, and we, as a family, have felt supported and cared for equally well by everyone at Sure Care Doncaster.
When I say the very best care, I mean the very best care.
SureCare Doncaster has set the gold standard now; they have completely rewritten the rule book in my mind.
I can't obviously name the staff individually, but suffice to say that each and every one of them has been outstanding, demonstrating compassion and care for my dad (and my mum).
I have absolutely no hesitation in endorsing SureCare Doncaster and would recommend them to anyone.

The service SureCare provides is invaluable. The care and respect the care team show is amazing and is a real comfort to the family. The flexibility and understanding the management and care team have shown due to my uncles increasing needs, and the passion and determination they have shown to both
driving and supporting the night care plan and support has been outstanding. I cannot recommend and thank them enough.

SureCare Doncaster are a real the most amazing care provider. They have cared for my aunty for a number of years plus her husband before he passed away. The care package was constantly needing to change due to complex needs and hospital visits. As aunty became increasingly unwell and needing almost
24-hour care, this was implemented by the office and carers were very kind, punctual and were amazing, they really pushed themselves to totally look after my aunt. Sadly she has now passed away ut was able to be at home as she wished.
