Carer

Nottinghamshire Care Group are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to provide domiciliary care to our service users in their own homes. Experience in care work is not necessary, as we will provide you with all the required training, ongoing support, and opportunities for development.

As a care worker, you will enjoy interacting with elderly and vulnerable individuals and assisting them with their daily living activities, helping them to remain independent, comfortable, and safe in their own homes. Your role will involve building positive relationships with service users and providing both practical and emotional support.

Duties may include:

Assisting with personal care such as washing, dressing, and grooming

Supporting with meal preparation and nutrition

Administering or prompting medication

Helping with mobility and transfers

Providing companionship and emotional support

Assisting with shopping and light household duties

Supporting clients to attend appointments or access the community

Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns when necessary
