Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals within their own homes across Swindon.

This role is primarily to support clients requiring care visits, delivering personalised care while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and overall wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care and support with daily living activities
• Assist with personal care, mobility support, and wellbeing checks
• Support with medication prompts following care plans and protocols
• Offer companionship and emotional reassurance
• Encourage independence and maintain established routines
• Assist with meal preparation and hydration where required
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report concerns appropriately
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience in domiciliary care, home care, assisted living, or nursing care preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Experience supporting individuals with dementia or elderly care is advantageous
• Driving licence and own vehicle preferred
