Field Care Supervisor/Care Manager

Flexserve provides domicilliary care services to our clients living in their own homes with traditional care support and also complex care needs. We provide high quality care to our clients in the North London area.

We are seeking to recruit a very experienced candidate to carry out quality field assessments and client reviews of care plans and the representitive of the business.

Responsibilities:

As the Field Care Supervisor you will be responsible for the following:

• Supervising and supporting carers on a daily basis
• Ensuring effective implementation of care plans
• Supporting clients and carers in their daily activities, providing guidance as needed
• Liaising with medical professionals and families to ensure optimal care for clients
• Conducting regular assessments and reviews of care plans

Requirements:

As the Field Care Supervisor you will need the following:

Previous experience as a Field Care Supervisor, Senior Support Worker, or Team Leader within a care setting NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care Full driving license with access to a car Positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent customer service skills Essential for potential candidate to hold a driving Licence
