The agency provided care for my father between March 23 to December 23. The carers treated him with dignity and respect during a distressing time when he was suddenly diagnosed with end-stage cancer. We would like to give particular thanks to the carers who went above and beyond to make his time as comfortable as possible. The family feel so lucky to have had such genuinely kind carers. Lastly, we had regular contact with the Manager both on the phone and home visits. She made it very clear she was there to help and provided her mobile in case of any issues. It was very reassuring to know she was there for support and easily contactable.
We are grateful we could all help in such a difficult situation. Thanks to you and the family for working with Flexserve carers and the Management Team, as an effective team to support your father comfortably during those challenging times. Thanks for your review.
I am, and have been, very satisfied with the level of care I have been receiving from my carers. I am pleased with the work they do as they support me to be as independent as possible and respect my choices and opinions.
We are very happy and grateful for the service and support that we are receiving from Flexserve carers and management. Flexserve is highly recommended. The carers are very patient, supportive and hardworking.
Overall, I am happy with the care services provided to my father. The carers are helpful and professional. Due to my father’s dementia, too many different carers can sometimes be difficult to his routine, but it is great to have our regular carers as often as possible. Thanks.
Generally speaking, my experience has been okay with the service provider. I have a good relationship with my carer, and the communication is great, but the time is the only issue as I would prefer it to be early, but the carer comes in at about 11 a.m.
The carers and the management office always get in touch with myself when the need arises. They are readily available when contacted at whatever time of day and are very professional.
Summing up. I would thoroughly recommend FlexServe in every respect.

From our experience with the carers, they have been good so far they have done a great job in taking care of my dad everyday. As me and my mum are the primary caregivers, it has been much easier with the help of the carers.

The carers helped me to care for my husband in the final four weeks of his life. He had terminal cancer. They afforded him dignity and autonomy in the final month of his life. Their support meant I could revert to being his wife again, not consumed by caring duties, and gave me some respite. They were compassionate and helpful- kind to our five-year-old son. They were never intrusive and always respectful of my husband’s needs and wishes. I am extremely grateful to both of them for enabling my husband to die with dignity, pain-free and in a clean comfortable bed.

I was left trying to find care for her. Mum is awaiting a hip replacement and is in so much pain that she is now in a wheelchair.
The carers come three times a day (this can be increased after the operation) to help get her out of bed to wash her, shower her, dress her and to make her breakfast, dinner and tea.
My mum often phones me in the day and says that she's had a lovely dinner or shower.
It gives me great peace of mind knowing that she is well looked after.
The care and support my mum has received has been invaluable especially at this sad time.
I have found the carers to be compassionate and comforting to Mum and Mum looks forward to their visits
If Mum is unwell or if I have a query they are just a phone call away and are always ready to help in any way they can.
