As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our service users in their homes, ensuring their dignity, preferences, and individual needs are respected. Your responsibilities include maintaining a compassionate, empathetic, and supportive presence, fostering a trusting environment for each individual. A core priority of this role is to uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, recognising and responding to any signs of abuse or harm to protect the well-being of vulnerable adults. You are expected to honour all scheduled care visits reliably and carry out each commitment with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to safety and welfare. Additionally, you must follow all company policies and procedures, including safeguarding, infection prevention and control, medication administration, moving and handling, and other guidelines, in full compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
