community care worker

We are looking for dedicated, passionate Support Workers to join our Community Team who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. If you have the skills and qualities needed to be a successful Support Worker, we would love to hear from you.

This role will include: 

· Assist individuals with their personal care needs, such as bathing, toileting, and dressing.

· Supporting clients with mobility, transfers and positioning.

· Administer medication following prescribed guidelines.

· Support individuals in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

Person Specification
Relevant experience is essential, along with flexibility to work on a shift rota basis covering early and late shifts, weekends and bank holidays. Excellent listening and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to demonstrate a good standard of written, verbal and numeracy skills. You will need to be a great team player, motivated, enthusiastic and able to build positive relationships.
