Care Coordinator/Field Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Coordinator/Field supervisor to join our team in Bedford. As a Care Coordinator/Field supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the domiciliary care workers, while actively engaging in the integration of the new packages and the satisfaction of the current clients. Your role will involve various tasks, including field duties like spot checks, medication competencies, shadowing, and administrative duties supervisions, performance management measures. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the set up of the new care packages, and the professional development of the carers as well as on-call duties, as part of a rota.
