The carers were absolutely amazing when they cared for my mother who was in palliative care from mid Jan 2025 to mid Feb.
Both were incredibly polite, caring and warm. Even though there were times when the patient may have been agitated, they never lost their professional manner.

was perfect and we never had an issue with them.
I would highly recommend both.

The carers have been amazing and have provided excellent care for my father in law. Their care for him has been exceptional. They understand the patients need and are very compassionate and listen to the patient. My father in law is very happy to see when they come and is always sad to see them leave.
However they rest assure him of the next time they will be returning. My father in law always smiles when they are there and talks to them like they are family.
They have informed the family if my father in law requires anything. They also informed the family on a daily basis on the health of the patient. This is very reassuring.
They are very patient with his needs and make the patient very comfortable.
They are both amazing. We are lucky to have such good carers.
My review feels insufficient in their praise and their character reference. However I will say it again that they are amazing and we feel so supportive when they are there with my father in law.

Very kind and attentive carers for my terminally ill mother.
She was very well looked after, and my mum liked all her carers and felt safe with them. The carers were respectful, kind and trustworthy.

We were so pleased with the care and attention to detail that the carers from Avid Care had with my Aunt, especially one lady. Home care experience overall has been excellent, my father is very comfortable with his carer. The carer understands my father's needs, habits and does his utmost to make him feel comfortable. He is always punctual and informs us of any changes in the timetable.
