We are pleased to hear that carers are proactive and provide care with empathy and understanding. Having good care do put family member at ease that they are well looked after. Avid care provides extensive training for all carers but as you said, the care comes from heart and we are proud that the carers going above and beyond for your brother's wellbeing.
