We 2 carers during the daytime, every day for our mom and a carer in the night, 2 nights before we lost our mom. They were very compassionate, professional and caring.
Looking after her as a family was very comforting for us during such an emotional and stressful time for our family. We were truly
grateful to have had such support for her.

The carers provide wonderful care to my mother. They have really taken the time to get to know her and are always very gentle and patient with her which is very important to us. They present her well and ensure she is always kept warm and comfortable. I also greatly appreciate that if they have any
concerns about Mum they let me know immediately. They are excellent carers.

I would like to say that the carer is very caring and polite he convinced him to have a shower, brushing his teeth, going to the toilet, giving him warm water, hair oil, which my dad got so used to with him. The carer is very good.

Two members of staff have been very kind and considerate with my Father-in-law. They look after him very well with great care and attention. They are attentive to his needs and always advise if there are areas of concern. This is crucial as he is currently under palliative care. We as a family are grateful
that we have such tentative carers and are very happy with the service provided so far. A big thank you!

The carers, both day and night time have been absolutely amazing in caring for my mother-in-law. The level of dignity and respect given to Mum is commendable. The staff have been thoughtful and supportive whilst we go through spending as much quality time with our mum. They have been really nice to
have around our home whilst we go through challenging times.

What an excellent service provided by our lovely carers. After having very bad experiences with past care agencies, hats off to Avid Care for allocating professional carers who have uplifted my husband’s spirits tremendously, very well dressed in their uniform. Always on time and spend time with my
husband according to his needs, very sympathetic towards his needs. Also very friendly approach to all the members of the family. Truly professional and respectful.

I would highly recommend Avid Care after they looked after my mum when she moved to her new home after a recent illness.
The carer was very attentive and always punctual, nothing was too much trouble and was very kind.

The two carers for my husband visit and care for him three times per day. She is very gentle and watchful with a clear understanding of the do's and don'ts of managing a bed-bound patient eg cross infection, skincare etc.
Further she makes conversation with my husband which makes it easier for him
to accept care. The carer shares relevant information which is very helpful.
Both carers are supportive and personable.
