On the first day, the carers came with their manager who explained everything, very professionally. Thank you. The 2 carers, she is fantastic and he is very good too, how they care for my father, great help for the family, this is only a week though, I am sure the standards will not go down but up,

We 2 carers during the daytime, every day for our mom and a carer in the night, 2 nights before we lost our mom. They were very compassionate, professional and caring.

Two members of staff have been very kind and considerate with my Father-in-law. They look after him very well with great care and attention. The two carers for my husband visit and care for him three times per day. She is very gentle and watchful with a clear understanding of the do's and don'ts of managing a bed-bound patient eg cross infection, skincare etc.
Further she makes conversation with my husband which makes it easier for him
to accept care. The carer shares relevant information which is very helpful.
Both carers are supportive and personable.
