Avid care were totally dedicated to all my late mother's cares and needs, for the last 6 months of her life, the experience was of utmost satisfaction and the relationship between my mum and the carer's was very close, she had total trust in them, in very difficult circumstances. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing such brilliant care.

Carers are very understanding, helpful, and hands on -highly recommended. Lovely staff, well looked after by the carer goes the extra mile with my husband. They're flexible with the timings too 5*****- amazing group of staff

We are incredibly grateful for the team exceptional care for my brother. From day one, the team has demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication. They go above and beyond to ensure Brother's comfort, well-being, and happiness. We are consistently impressed by their attentiveness to his needs, their proactive communication, and their ability to create a truly supportive and positive environment. It's clear that they genuinely cares, and that peace of mind is invaluable to our family. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking top-tier care. The team are genuinely a part of our family and treats my brother like so.

I am happy with the service, very satisfied with the carer, Happy with the care that my uncle is receiving. The carer is polite, understanding, patience, good communicator, helpful and goes an extra mile to help.

The carer is always on time and very helpful. He understands my dad's routine and always asks what else he can do to support dad. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend Avid care agency, the entire admin staff and manager is also very helpful and always at hand for any queries.

The best. They are very caring help support us as the family. Always making sure we are ok along with the patient. They make sure to listen and hear our worries and concern and give very good advice and help. Are always coming to visit when it's needed.

The service is satisfactory have to inform head office to contact me instead of my dad several times regarding any changes.

The carers were absolutely amazing when they cared for my mother who was in palliative care from mid Jan 2025 to mid Feb. Both were incredibly polite, caring and warm. Even though there were times when the patient may have been agitated, they never lost their professional manner. Their time keeping was perfect and we never had an issue with them. I would highly recommend both.

The carers have been amazing and have provided excellent care for my father in law. Their care for him has been exceptional. They understand the patients need and are very compassionate and listen to the patient. My father in law is very happy to see when they come and is always sad to see them leave. However they rest assure him of the next time they will be returning. My father in law always smiles when they are there and talks to them like they are family. They have informed the family if my father in law requires anything. They also informed the family on a daily basis on the health of the patient. This is very reassuring. They are very patient with his needs and make the patient very comfortable. They are both amazing. We are lucky to have such good carers. My review feels insufficient in their praise and their character reference. However I will say it again that they are amazing and we feel so supportive when they are there with my father in law.

Excellent and empathetic care from two staff members in particular. They treat my father with care and sympathy and by joining in with his religious ceremonies. They are very much trusted and relied upon by us and are a real credit to Avid Avid has been a very organised and caring organisation. My father is suffering from a serous condition with a number of care needs which have been fully accommodated by the company. Well done and highly recommended !!

The care, support, responsiveness and professionalism provided by Avid Care and especially his carers have been incredible! Both have been amazing in supporting my father and encouraging with exceptional positivity. Two Angels!

Very kind and attentive carers for my terminally ill mother. She was very well looked after, and my mum liked all her carers and felt safe with them. The carers were respectful, kind and trustworthy. They displayed an excellent knowledge and understanding of patients' needs when bed-bound and terminally ill. The communication was excellent. I am so glad they helped my mother in her final days.

We were so pleased with the care and attention to detail that the carers from Avid Care had with my Aunt, especially one lady. She was amazing, she is an asset to this company nothing was too much trouble, she made my aunt feel very comfortable and relaxed. She made us all feel at ease and very quickly became an important part of our family. She cared for my aunt with such patience and ensured all my aunt's needs and wants were met. I cannot thank her enough for all the love and support she provided to my aunt.

The carers who looked after my mother-in-law were truly amazing. They were caring, spoke Gujarati, compassionate and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They would even make Mum smile with their jokes. We would highly recommend Avid Care.

The carers (who speak fluent Gujarati) took care of my 98-year-old mum. They were very compassionate and caring and they treated my mum like their own Mum. I was impressed with the way they showered her and fed her food and medicines. I would highly recommend them for the services they provide.

We had a carer, she was wonderful throughout the whole process. As she spoke the same language as us it was easy to communicate with my in-laws. We thank you all at Avid for your support.

Home care experience overall has been excellent, my father is very comfortable with his carer. The carer understands my father's needs, habits and does his utmost to make him feel comfortable. He is always punctual and informs us of any changes in the timetable. Communication in both English and Gujarati is a great advantage as my dad can express himself/explain himself more clearly to get the most out of his care.

The ladies that take care of my mother from the Avid Care plan are very alert and provide much care for her. They follow all instructions with care and efficiency. My mum is happy with the level of care and we very much appreciate everything from the carers and the Avid care team. Many thanks to the staff for the level of care.
