About the Role

As a Supported Living Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred support to individuals with varying needs. You’ll help with daily routines, personal care, meal preparation, medication, and social activities — empowering people to live fulfilling, independent lives. Must be able to work weekend shifts.

Every day is different! You might support someone to attend appointments, enjoy hobbies, go shopping, or take part in exciting activities like theatre trips, music events, or days out.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver care and support based on personalised care plans
• Assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and medication administration
• Encourage independence, dignity, and choice in all aspects of support
• Observe and report any changes in health or wellbeing
• Support with budgeting, household tasks, and daily living activities
• Maintain clear and accurate care records and documentation
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Weekend Shifts
