Bar a few issues in the past months with management and a few newer carers (which has all been resolved now) I can't really fault Clover. I have a rotation of carer who I am very comfortable with and have gotten to know well, and I look forward to them coming each day.
The management is a lot better now, and I know who I can contact if I have any issues or questions.

The carers who knows me well understand that my conditions fluctuate on a daily basis, as do my abilities to do certain things - and they don't judge me for what I can't do (as I present 'able-bodied' a lot of the time due to my invisible disabilities)

I've been receiving support from Clover Health and Homecare, and I honestly can't thank them enough for the difference they've made in my life. As someone living with additional needs, finding the right kind of support to maintain independence can be challenging-but Clover has been a game-changer.

Their team is not only professional and reliable but also genuinely caring. They treat me with respect, listen to my preferences, and always make me feel like I'm in control of my own life. Whether it's help with daily routines, support with appointments, or just having someone trustworthy around, Clover has consistently provided thoughtful and compassionate care. What I appreciate most is how they focus on empowering me, rather than just assisting. Their support allows me to live independently, with dignity and confidence. It's clear that their staff are well-trained and passionate about what they do.

I've had a really positive experience with Clover Health. I live with both mental and physical health challenges, and they've been an enormous support in my day-to-day life. The staff are always friendly, respectful, and proactive. They help me stay focused on tasks I would otherwise forget, such as keeping my home tidy, managing daily chores, and taking care of myself.
They also support me with things I struggle with, like phone calls, forms, and going out into the community, which makes a huge difference. Beyond the practical help, the company and conversation they bring every week means I feel less isolated and more connected.

Every member of staff I've met has been reliable, kind, and thorough - they make sure everything on my list gets done and often think ahead to suggest things I might not have considered. I've never had a bad experience, and I'm genuinely grateful for the support and companionship they provide.

My mum is extremely happy with the care that she receives, and has formed lovely relationships with the girls that come around.
The girls that come around Harriet, Mary, Ancetta, and Jayne are all lovely, and cater to all mums needs, and she very much looks forward to seeing them, and personally I feel that their visits enhance mums life.

All the girls work very hard and I can't thank them enough for all they do,

The clover carers are always polite, friendly and helpful, they work hard and efficiently. The staff are friendly and willing to just talk for their entire visit if that's what is wanted, and do not push against boundaries at all, when you say you do not want something done they listen. And the office staff are always empathetic and kind if you need to cancel a visit they understand it's your needs and will try to arrange the scheduled visits to suit what is available.

Clover Health and Homecare have been providing additional 1:1 care each afternoon for our Mum who is in a residential home. She has advanced dementia and is at risk of falling. They’ve assisted her with joining in with the home's activities and also weather permitting have taken her out which she really enjoys. They’ve also suggested things we could do to help improve Mum's care.
The care and respect they have shown her have been wonderful, taking time to sit and chat and sing which she loves.

I would definitely recommend Clover to anyone.

We have been using Clover Health and Homecare since November 2022, with a live-in care package for my mum who has advanced dementia. All the staff, including management, from day one have been very professional, kind, respectful and caring to my mum and to all members of the family! They have taken the time to get to know Mum personally, always with a smile and showing her the utmost dignity, even when Mum's behaviour at times can be challenging. They make sure that all Mum's needs are met and go above and beyond to give her the best care, whilst giving her great companionship. Clover has allowed me to step back. I sleep better at night as I have complete piece of mind knowing that my mum is in very safe hands, with a brilliant twenty-four hour carer and the whole team. The level of care and support is excellent.

The help that Clover Health and Homecare gave was of great value to me as a full time carer. They would help not only look after mum-in-law but with any task required.

They were considerate, caring and polite. They were a breath of fresh air, in an end of life care situation.

We had a package of care for my husband between January to April 2023 when he had terminal cancer.
The staff at Clover Health and Homecare were very friendly and helpful and took a genuine interest in us and also adapted their behaviour when I had a quiet word about my husband initially struggling to adapt to being cared for.

They always treated him with respect and helped to make him more comfortable as much as they could. They also came up with suggestions for how to help him more and ensure a good quality of life. In addition they chatted to me whilst performing care duties and supported me too. So my overall impression of Clover was very positive.

Clover Health and Homecare Bristol found the most amazing people to live in with my dad. Kind, caring, efficient, with lovely, happy personality. He could not have been looked after better. His final years were happy, safe, clean and comfortable thanks to the Clover carers.
The management was by people who had been active in the field of care, so the administration fully understood the practicalities of those working with the client.
My dad's health improved as soon as the first live-in carer arrived. The security of knowing someone was there, plus the bliss of being kept properly clean and well fed, and the sunny smiles of his carers, brought him back from an unhealthy state he had reached before they came.

We were so lucky to have chosen Clover, I am very happy to have an opportunity to sing their praises.

Clover Health and Homecare, have provided daily care for our mother in the last 5 weeks of her life in her own home, which is what she wanted. Words cannot fully express how impressed we have been with the care received from both the senior managers and all of their team, and we will be eternally grateful.
Both the senior managers do the caring as well, which speaks volumes.
All the staff love their job, I have nothing but praise for the company and especially the management.
The care has been of the highest possible standard and all the carers have been friendly, caring and efficient, treating our mum with the respect she deserved.
They have made a difficult time in all of our lives much more bearable and pleasant, we all looked forward to their visits 3 times a day.

We cannot thank you all enough.
