I moved into the care sector 15 years ago when I started working for the Melanie Ann Trust. This organisation managed residential homes for adults with severe learning disabilities and complex health needs. Now at Clover, I have responsibility for all clinical administration, particularly ensuring that we align our caregivers' skills and availability to the needs of those we provide care to.
