Care Support Worker

Work for Boomerang Healthcare as a Care Support Worker / Carer 

Responsibilities:

    Help patients with personal hygiene.
    Provide general care for the clients in their home.
    Provide basic personal care for our clients
    Ensure the clients safety at all times.
    Provide an independent, safe and supportive environment for clients to live in

We provide support for:

    Complex care needs
    Dementia care
    General care needs / Personal Care
    Physical disabilities
    Respite care
    Those needing Social Time / To participate in activities
    Individuals with learning disabilities

We are searching for passionate candidates who are looking to become a part of our team of dedicated caregivers / home care workers. The ideal candidates will be willing to take direction well and feel comfortable speaking directly with clients when necessary. Candidates must be capable of working as a part of a team while also being independent enough to work alone when necessary. The right candidate will be responsible for helping our clients with basic daily tasks and needs, as well as responding to any medical or emotional issues they are experiencing.
