Salary: £14.50 per hour (+45p per mile)

Custom Links Care is currently looking for Community Care Assistants ini Southend On Sea and surrounding areas for ongoing Community Care Placement. We offer a range of shifts, including earlies, lates, and long days. We offer both ad hoc and block booking shift assignments.

The Role

• As a Community Carer, you will:
• Provide practical and emotional support to service users
• Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and social activities
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Follow individual care plans and risk assessments
• Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding standards

• Drivers with access to own vehicle
• Caring, patient, and reliable individuals
• A genuine passion for helping others
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts (days and/or weekends)
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
