Community Care Assistant

Here at Falcon-Care Blackburn we are seeking caring, motivated, hard working individuals to join the team and assist in providing the highest standard of care towards out clients. The role of a Community Care Assistant is to assist and support people in the own homes while promoting independence. 

Duties:

• Personal care 
• Medication support 
• Food preperation/ support 
• Social support 
• Light domestic support 
• Complex care 
• Dementia care 
• End of life care 

Requirements:

• Must have valid UK drivers licence & use of own vehicle 
• Must be able to work alternate weekends 
• Must be able to work between the hours of 7am & 11pm on a shift plan 
• Must have use of smart phone
