Home care support worker

Freelance Home Carer/Support Worker needed for private Non-For-Profit company based in Derby.

Supporting: People in their homes and in the community. Our clients are Elderly, Mobility problems, Dementia, Befriending, Shopping, Personal Care, cleaning

We are looking for caring and compassionate people to join our team. We pride ourselves on giving the care needed. There will also be weekly additional slots available for days, evenings and weekends.

Use of own car is essential for this position.

Duties differ for each client.

We are looking for friendly, patient freelance workers with a "can-do" approach. The post is subject to a satisfactory interview, DBS check and 3 references. It is essential that you have access to a car and a positive attitude to working with our clients and an ability to build a good rapport. We adopt a person-centred approach, which you will need to fully adhere to. We don't do anything less then an hour call and we don't swop our carers around, if we give you a client, you will be their carer.

Must have clear spoken English speech
