I can't thank Home Fairy Derby and the team enough for the amazing care they have taken in looking after my mum for the last year.
The team have been very flexible and have always accommodated mums needs.
They also have great communication if I or they had any concerns.
The only reason we have stopped using Home Fairies is at 98 years old mum is going into a nursing home.

Thank you to all xxx

Prior to receiving home help, I was anxious about how I might accommodate this change of my daily routines. Thankfully, my concerns were immediately put aside by the friendly and professional manner of both staff members. I have found them both very capable of acting on their own initiative and I feel like I have gained a pair of friends rather than helpers! It has been great to exchange ideas and thoughts, as well as being another point of social contact.

We have used Home Fairy for over two years. They have built an excellent relationship with the care receiver and are very diligent about matching care receivers needs with suitable carers. They have also been very reliable. Our lives have been made much easier and the care receivers life has been greatly enriched by them coming to the house and providing companionship, housework and meal preparation. This has helped the care receiver stay in their own home rather than go into a residential care setting.

So impressed by Home Fairy. Kind, caring and flexible. Dad has a team of three carers, so good continuity - important as he has dementia. Communication from the office is good, they always call me if there are any problems or shifts need adjusting.

During her journey and before opening her own company, Marie realised that she never had enough time to build any sort of relationship and trust with the clients she cared for, so Marie decided that her own company would be different, offering a minimum of 1 hour support would give her carers time to give that little extra to the clients they visit: building the trust, conversation and companionship, but also to do any safe and well checks needed.

Marie has communication support in the office to allow her to manage her company, and is very proud of the company and reputation Home Fairy CIC has become
