Representative called today and was marvellous. Worked efficiently and nothing was too much trouble. She was friendly and sympathetic to our disabilities. The company let us know in advance what time she was coming. Superb service. L W and V P
Very thorough and good clean. Punctual and polite lady. Nothing was too much trouble. The work was performed in a considerate and thoughtful manner. The lady was cheerful and friendly and made sure we were satisfied with the service.
Would recommend Home Fairy. Excellent staff. Management do try their best to give flexibility where requested. Care/help given in a pleasant manner.
The team have been very flexible and have always accommodated mums needs.
They also have great communication if I or they had any concerns.
The only reason we have stopped using Home Fairies is at 98 years old mum is going into a nursing home.
Thank you to all xxx
Prior to receiving home help, I was anxious about how I might accommodate this change of my daily routines. Thankfully, my concerns were immediately put aside by the friendly and professional manner of both staff members. I have found them both very capable of acting on their own initiative and I feel like I have gained a pair of friends rather than helpers! It has been great to exchange ideas and thoughts, as well as being another point of social contact.
We have used Home Fairy for over two years. They have built an excellent relationship with the care receiver and are very diligent about matching care receivers needs with suitable carers. They have also been very reliable. Our lives have been made much easier and the care receivers life has been greatly enriched by them coming to the house and providing companionship, housework and meal preparation. This has helped the care receiver stay in their own home rather than go into a residential care setting.
The lady who visits me does a very good job, asks what I want doing and is very friendly. Checks if I have any issues.
So impressed by Home Fairy. Kind, caring and flexible. Dad has a team of three carers, so good continuity - important as he has dementia. Communication from the office is good, they always call me if there are any problems or shifts need adjusting.

Meet the Team (20)
Marie is the proud owner of Home Fairy CIC. Home Fairy is a non-for-profit company and registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
Marie is profoundly deaf, but this did not deter her from building her company in 2013. This started as a cleaning company and also supports deaf/blind clients.
Marie started her journey in the Care field in 1989, fully qualified in all aspects of care. During her journey and before opening her own company, Marie realised that she never had enough time to build any sort of relationship and trust with the clients she cared for, so Marie decided that her own company would be different, offering a minimum of 1 hour support would give her carers time to give that little extra to the clients they visit: building the trust, conversation and companionship, but also to do any safe and well checks needed.
Marie has communication support in the office to allow her to manage her company, and is very proud of the company and reputation Home Fairy CIC has become
Ingrid works Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays in the office 9.30 am - 2.30 pm. She is on duty on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 3.30 pm and 9 pm for staff who are supporting clients in the evenings.
Ingrid's duties in the office are to communicate for Marie: answering calls, client home visits, administration and communicating with local authorities.
When you contact the office, you will get through to Ingrid, who will be signing to Marie, who will be helping you with your call.
Ingrid also has her own clients on Monday and Tuesday. Ingrid has achieved Level 4 in British Sign Language and is a qualified guide for the blind.
