Care Assistant

We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our registered care service in Chelmsford, Essex. With your own transport, you would be working with ederly and disabled people in their own homes. Previous experience of this type of work is important to us, but not necessary. Care Assistants are some of the most important people in our clients' lives. The care and support you give them will be valued highly as part of professional, registered service. Their needs range from occasional help with domestic tasks 0.5 to 24 - hour care for clients complex care needs.

As a Care Assistant, you have a freedom to decide which types of work you feel comfortable with. Hours are flexible and our support team keep in close contact to inform you of upcoming shifts. We place no limits on the support and opportunities. If you want to develop your career, we will give training towards the valuable NVQ 2 & 3. All applicants are subject to DBS and reference checks. We offer monthly pay direct into bank account, bonus, travel allowances, pension, sickness pay, enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays!
