I would like to pass on my heartfelt thanks to Family Home Care and the whole team for the outstanding care you have given to me over the 9 years l have been with you, Your exceptional and dedicated team of carers have been so helpful and supportive, particularly Lin, who has been with me the longest,
she has gone way beyond the call of duty to meet my care needs, respecting the way I like things done. She has worked in such a kind and caring way whilst remaining professional. I really appreciate how you've provided the continuity of carer over these 9 yrs. Always ensuring I have a regular main carer. Thank you for all the help and support you have given to ensure my needs have been met, particularly over the last few months while I've been unwell. You ensured care was reinstated when I arrived home from hospital and you have been so responsive to requests for changes to hours/days etc,

Before going into a Care Home recently, Mum had care at home. All the Carers were kind, friendly and patient with her. As her daughter, arranging her care, I had most contact with the ladies in the office. They looked after me. They were contactable at all times, offering advice, information and sometimes
just a friendly, listening ear. Thank you all. I will have no hesitation recommending Family Homecare to anyone in need of care at home.

The carers & office staff are excellent. The carers do everything to look after your needs regarding help required. Nothing is too much. They are so kind. The office staff do everything you would require Re timing, help etc. Very happy with all the carers.

I am happy with all your carers. They are all lovely and caring and work very hard with me. I am very able & good, except for my back, where I do need help with my shower. They do lots of cleaning whilst here, and I do very much appreciate their help. The lunchtime sandwiches is excellent. When for

All the ladies attend and help and assist me with courtesy, and always look after me with dignity, and help me shower and dress me. There is a challenge in the future as they are to help me sort out my medication, I need to take a lot of to help with my multiple sclerosis. I have trust and faith in

Overall, very pleased with diligent carers. Flexible to provide an increasing range of assistance over 3 months.
After a period of time, the various carers have learned Mum's preferences and she is more comfortable with them. They are persuasive rather than bossy.
The morning/lunchtime carer leaves
messages for the evening carer (food, laundry), so it is joined up.

My experience overall is very positive. On a number of occasions, when an area of concern has been determined about my mother, I have been informed immediately of the carer's observations. A one-to-one relationship has been formed, which makes me feel confident that my mother is looked after and looked
out for whilst being attended. A personal service is provided and I would certainly recommend them.

I am extremely happy with the care my wife receives. My wife's needs change daily, and they are very flexible with what she needs. They are professional, friendly and always helpful. First experience of requiring carers for my husband after a terminal diagnosis. The care and attention provided from my arrival home have been outstanding. The carers actually care and are prepared and willing to help with practically anything. They are never rushed and if they do not have full personal
care to complete they will sit and chat and use the allocated time up that way. On his really poorly days the staff volunteered to cook a meal which was everything he needed. We have experienced bad care for my relatives in the past but the staff at Dynamic have become friends and genuinely care about their clients. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I cannot recommend Family Homecare enough, all staff are friendly and helpful. My mum has been using the services of Family Homecare since 2021, initially having one carer twice a day and currently two carers four times a day. The carers are very attentive, kind, considerate and respectful. If there
are any problems with Mum I am informed straight away. Mum has spent time on and off in hospital recently, care has always been reinstated immediately when requested putting my mind at ease.

Led by a caring Manager the office staff and carers are all so helpful, considerate and really do care.
