We were saddened to hear that your mum didn't settle well in the care home, but our carers have all said how happy they were when she returned home and we were able to continue supporting her in the comfort and familiarity of her own surroundings. Being able to help people remain at home, where they feel safest and happiest, is incredibly important to us.

It's lovely to hear that you found our carers to be kind, friendly, and patient with your mum, and that our office team could be there for you with advice, information, and sometimes simply a listening ear. Supporting families as well as clients is something we truly value.
