All the ladies attend and help and assist me with courtesy, and always look after me with dignity, and help me shower and dress me. There is a challenge in the future as they are to help me sort out my medication, I need to take a lot of to help with my multiple sclerosis. I have trust and faith in
all the girls who come into my home.

Overall, very pleased with diligent carers. Flexible to provide an increasing range of assistance over 3 months.
After a period of time, the various carers have learned Mum's preferences and she is more comfortable with them. They are persuasive rather than bossy.
The morning/lunchtime carer leaves
messages for the evening carer (food, laundry), so it is joined up.

My experience overall is very positive. On a number of occasions, when an area of concern has been determined about my mother, I have been informed immediately of the carer's observations. A one-to-one relationship has been formed, which makes me feel confident that my mother is looked after and looked
out for whilst being attended. A personal service is provided and I would certainly recommend them.

Thank you for taking care of my mum when she was taken to hospital. The carer remembered to pack all the little things that made it more comfortable for mum. The house was left safe and secure as the carer waited until the paramedics had left to secure the home. The level of care provided by family

On the whole a satisfactory service.
But the carers talk constantly about other clients and could improve on punctuality.

I am extremely happy with the care my wife receives. My wife's needs change daily, and they are very flexible with what she needs. They are professional, friendly and always helpful. Their care allows me to go to work and not worry about my wife having issues, forgetting medication or not eating. Whether
it be a shower, help to bed or just a friendly person to see. I know her needs will be met.

First experience of requiring carers for my husband after a terminal diagnosis. The care and attention provided from my arrival home have been outstanding. The carers actually care and are prepared and willing to help with practically anything. They are never rushed and if they do not have full personal
care to complete they will sit and chat and use the allocated time up that way. On his really poorly days the staff volunteered to cook a meal which was everything he needed. We have experienced bad care for my relatives in the past but the staff at Dynamic have become friends and genuinely care about their clients. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I cannot recommend Family Homecare enough, all staff are friendly and helpful. My mum has been using the services of Family Homecare since 2021, initially having one carer twice a day and currently two carers four times a day. The carers are very attentive, kind, considerate and respectful. If there
are any problems with Mum I am informed straight away. Mum has spent time on and off in hospital recently, care has always been reinstated immediately when requested putting my mind at ease.

The client and I are very happy with the manner of care received. As I live with the client, I take on the majority of her care but it's a lot of my responsibility knowing that she will be thoroughly washed given the amount of time she spends in bed these days. Admittedly the service has gotten a little
more expensive of late (hasn't everything though?); but familiarity with an individual carer and knowing the professional and reliable team behind her, makes for a good all round experience when visiting my mother.

We have been having Family Homecare look after my dad's needs for over two years now, and they are absolutely brilliant!
They are kind and caring and very reliable.
Dad sees the same few carers on a regular basis, which really helps seeing as he suffers from dementia. If I have any concerns they
are always easy to get hold of and most helpful in sorting out any problems that may arise.
I can thoroughly recommend Family Homecare to anyone looking for care for their loved one.

I have always had very good and kind help from all the staff. They do an excellent job - cheerfully even when very difficult. Thank you for your kind words. All of our carers are trained to a high standard. They are also sent to clients with a senior carer for a week or more (depending on staff experience) so they can shadow train, which in most cases is enough time for them to find out what the job entails. However, we will look at extending our shadowing period routinely for the carers who feel they may need more training. Thank you again for your review.

My wife has been bedbound for a considerable time now. Carers from Family Homecare come each day to wash and change her. Unless they encounter problems with an earlier client they are always very punctual, if they do have a rare problem, we usually get a call from the office to make us aware. Other
than during sickness or holiday seasons the carers who attend to my wife are the same people. Over time we have got to know them quite well. They chat about their families and what they have been doing and we have a very good relationship. They are very kind, gentle and thorough when dealing with my wife and she thinks very highly of them I have no hesitation in recommending Family Homecare

Family Homecare have been looking after my father for a few years now and have been vastly better than the previous carer company. They are very easy to get hold of, even out of hours and have always tried to accommodate any short-notice requests.
The Family homecare carers have always been professional
and gone out of their way to help when my father had problems. They would make suggestions to improve things for my father and always were accommodating to his needs. Thanks to them my father went from not wanting carers and complaining to not minding at all. There were a few times when I arrived at my father's flat and and a carer was already there and hadn't seen me yet and I could hear they were chatting to him nicely and being friendly.

Over the past year my mother has had a carer from Family Homecare and since discharge from the hospital in October 2023 has had two carers four times a day visiting her at home. The care given has been good with carers attending on time and on the rare occasions where there was a staffing difficulty
the family were warned in ample time in advance. The care included looking after my mother who had become doubly incontinent, moving her from the bed to a chair and vice versa with a hoist and assistance with feeding. The carers were good at noticing and recording potential problems in advance and ensuring the District Nurse attended before the potential problem became a real problem. I would specifically like to thank three carers who showed great concern with my mother and ensured a high level of Care. Family Homecare also made it possible for my mother to be cared for in her own home in familiar surroundings, well done Family Homecare.

I have had experience with other care companies and I can honestly say that the staff at Family Homecare are wonderful and as a company are the very best I have come across. My mother-in-law has been cared for by a team of carers who have taken such excellent care of all her needs with kindness and
always with a smile. As a family, we could not have asked for more. Thank you all so very much and in particular, the three carers who regularly looked after my mum-in-law; you are amazing, and I will never forget what wonderful, kind and caring people you are thank you.

Family Homecare looked after our mother providing care, initially twice a day to four times a day. Prior to using Family Homecare, we had used two other care companies, everything about Family Homecare excelled in comparison. The carers are sincere, kind, thoughtful and enjoy what they do. They are
positive, smile and brought happiness on their visits. If they noticed anything about our mother they would bring it to our attention, i.e. what would make her life better, or to food she liked or didn't enjoy. Any sign of an issue would contact the District Nurse to visit. Looked to prevent before an issue arose. Reliable, carers always turned up, no issues throughout the years we dealt with them. The carers are excellent and so too is their office. Easy, friendly to deal with. Contactable outside office hours via phone, text and email. Responding in a quick efficient manner. If you are looking for a good, caring company to look after a loved one, I would highly recommend Family Homecare.
