I have been a service user of Family Homecare for 8 years so far. There is a good reason I have stayed with them all this time and I don’t have any intentions of changing care providers any time soon. The carers are kind, friendly, and helpful but remain professional. I have been fortunate enough to
have the consistency of one main carer and a group of regular carers on specific calls when she is off for any reason. The carers are well trained and the support I have received has been nothing less than exemplary. The business owner has also been extremely supportive. She is approachable and is as kind, friendly, and professional as her staff. Thank you everyone for the support Family Homecare has provided over the years.

Family Homecare has been coming to help me for about 2 years now. The carers are friendly and well-trained. It is nice knowing I will see regular carers who quickly learn your routines and needs. No visit is rushed and they ensure they spend any extra time assisting in any way they can!
They are adaptable
to my changing needs on a daily basis. Whether it be personal care, food preparation, housework or even having a chat when I feel lonely and sad, they are happy to adjust it to what I require at every visit.
The office have always been approachable to discuss changes to my care package. I have never felt rushed or like they want to get off the phone urgently!
They are very understanding when it comes to my nutty rescue dogs and always make sure to give them cuddles and ensure their needs are met too!
After a bad experience with a previous company, I honestly couldn't ask for anything more from Family Homecare.

I started work at Family Homecare in 2011, for what was a small team of dedicated carers.


In the twelve years I have been here the company has grown and flourished.


Led by a caring Manager the office staff and carers are all so helpful, considerate and really do care.


We treat our Service users as we ourselves and our families would wish to be treated.


I enjoy my role as a Carer, whether it be household duties, personal care or just a chat when I close their door I know I've made a difference to our Service user's lives.
