About the Role

As a Care Assistant/Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes across Edinburgh and Falkirk. You will help people maintain their independence, dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life.

This role involves travelling between clients in the community, so a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

You will support clients with daily living tasks, personal care, medication support, meal preparation, companionship, and promoting independence while ensuring care is delivered safely and compassionately.

Sponsorship Requirements:

To be considered for COS sponsorship, candidates must:

• Meet UK visa sponsorship eligibility requirements.
• Have relevant UK care experience.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a car.

Desirable:

• SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
• Medication administration experience
• Knowledge of person-centred care practices
• Experience supporting elderly or vulnerable adults

Working Pattern

• Full-time positions working in the Morning and afternoon shifts, including alternating weekends. 
• Opportunities for overtime
