Health Care Assistant/Support Worker

This role is a zero-hour contract, designed to be flexible. The main requirement is to provide person centred and re-assurance to our clients at all times.

Travelling locally to visit clients in their own homes, you will support them to live a full and enriched life. You will support them in the night time, and help them to feel settled and cared for in their home. Duties may include helping a client get up in the morning, to cooking meals or helping with a night time schedule. We strive to help people live a fulfilled and enriched life through everything we do.

Must have a drivers licence and own car.
