Job Title: Carer for Homecare Services

Pay: £14 per hour, plus mileage expenses

Location: Whilst you have a base in Milton Keynes, the organisation has a geographical area we cover which will require access to a vehicle in order to travel to client's homes

We provide home care support for children and adults aged 18 to 65 years and older adults, including palliative, end-of-life care, delivered either in the client's home or within the community

About the role:

We're looking for experienced, calm, and reliable carers to expand both our day time and night-care service. 

For overnight Care Workers: This role would suit individuals who prefer night working and can offer consistent
dependable care during unsociable hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care as outlined in individualised care plans
- Monitor client wellbeing.
- Support with toileting, continence care, and repositioning if required
- Respond promptly to client requests and emergencies
- Maintain a safe, hygienic home environment
- Accurate record-keeping and good communication skills
- Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries

About You
? Proven experience in domiciliary day or overnight care
? Ability to work independently and use sound judgement
? Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanour
? Physical fitness (hoisting, manual handling; training provided)
? UK driving licence
? Enhanced DBS clearance required (cost covered)
? Right to work in the UK
