Community Care Worker

Are you a compassionate and reliable individual looking to make a difference in people’s lives? Gofal Seibiant Care Ltd is seeking Community Home Carers to support individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personal care and support with daily activities
• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help clients maintain their independence
• additional duties for Care Practitioners

What We’re Looking For:

• Caring and empathetic nature
• A valid driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred)
• Previous experience in care (desirable but not essential – full training provided)
• Right to work in the UK
• Reigstered with Social Care Wales (desirable)
