We are looking for an experienced and passionate Care Manager to lead and support our expanding home care services across North Wales

This role will cover the North Wales coastline, so you must be willing to travel and be willing to move from our Llangefni office to someone new up the coast when required. 

If you have:

• A minimum Level 4 Qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Proven experience working in home care
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
• A Passion for delivering high-quality person-centred care
• A Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
