Job Summary

All About Home Care | Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge & Sevenoaks

CQC Outstanding Rated | Kent Care Awards 2025 Winner | Independently Owned

ABOUT US

All About Home Care is an award-winning, independent home care provider serving clients across West Kent. Our motto says it all: Care good enough for our own families.

We have earned two consecutive CQC Outstanding ratings - not by accident, but because of the brilliant people on our team. We are proud to be independent, locally rooted, and genuinely passionate about the care we provide.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable Care Assistant to join our team. You will be visiting clients in their own homes, helping them live independently and well - whether that is support with personal care, medication, meals, or simply being a friendly, familiar face.

No two days are the same, and no experience is necessary. If you have the right values, we will give you everything else.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Personal care and practical support tailored to each client
  • Helping with daily living - bathing, dressing, meal preparation
  • Administering medication and monitoring wellbeing
  • Supporting mobility and promoting independence
  • Keeping accurate records and flagging any changes to the team
  • Building genuine, trusted relationships with your clients
  • Working as part of a close-knit, supportive team

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Pay up to £18.70 per hour
  • Paid mileage
  • Fully paid training and shadowing
  • Ongoing CPD and development opportunities
  • Flexible shifts that work around your life
  • A friendly, supportive team that has your back
  • An employer recognised for outstanding care - twice

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't need previous care experience - we'll train you fully. What matters most is that you are:

  • Compassionate and genuinely people-focused
  • Reliable and punctual
  • A good communicator
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • A driver with access to your own vehicle (essential)
  • You must already hold the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role

READY TO JOIN US?

If you want to do work that truly matters - and be part of a team recognised as one of the best in Kent - we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and a member of our team will be in touch to tell you more.

Benefits:

  • Company pension
  • Employee discount
  • Health & wellbeing programme
