Domiciliary Worker

The role of a Domiciliary Care Worker is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user, providing personal, social, and domestic support in line with their individual care and support plan.

The aim of the role is to support service users to remain safely in their own homes while maintaining as much independence as possible. You will provide care in a professional, respectful, and caring manner, always ensuring dignity, privacy, and choice are maintained.
