Pay Rates

  • Standard hourly rate: £13.24
  • Bank Holidays: £19.86
  • Christmas, Boxing Day & New Year: £26.48

Working Hours

  • Full-time, part-time and zero-hours contracts available
  • Flexible shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
  • We understand life happens – flexibility is key!

A Few Things to Note

We are unable to accept sponsorship applications or transfers as we do not currently hold a sponsorship licence.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Health Care Assistant, you’ll support people in their own homes to live safely, independently and with dignity.

Your day could include:

  • Helping with washing, dressing, and mobility
  • Assisting with meals and medication
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Light housework and helping with errands
  • Supporting hobbies and social outings
  • Recording notes and communicating with families and professionals

What We’re Looking For

  • A kind, patient, and dependable person
  • Good communication and a team player
  • Willing to learn – full training provided
  • UK Right to Work & DBS check (we’ll help you apply)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred)
