Healthcare Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant Female  Driver who can work long days split shifts and weekends to join our team in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. The role involves assisting with daily activities and ensuring the well-being of individuals in various healthcare settings. Must be a driver with own vehicle, and speak fluent english .

Duties

- Driving to different locations as required
- Providing personal care to individuals according to care plans

- Assisting with medication
- Assisting with mobility and daily living activities
- Communicating effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
- Supporting individuals in their homes

- Utilising IT systems for documentation and reporting
