The manager and her team have been providing personal care for my aunt (who has Dementia). I chose Kind Healthcare because the manager and her team are patient, reliable and caring and provide the best personal care that my aunt has received. The manager provides continuity of carers (which is extremely
important for my aunt and Dementia patients). My aunt is happy, safe and well cared for. I was very concerned about having to engage a personal assistant for my aunt and wanted to ensure that she had kind, trustworthy and well-trained carers. My aunt has complex medical and emotional needs which require a lot of monitoring and managing. Without the manager and her team, we may have had to look at placing my aunt in a care facility. With the manager and her team, my aunt can remain at home for as long as possible, and we are confident that she is getting the best care and support possible. Kind Healthcare has not only provided excellent care and support for my aunt, but we have come to consider them a part of our 'family'.
