As a mother of twins with complex needs who are able to walk life became challenging when accessing the community. I have not had fun outdoors with my children in two years. I am extremely grateful to be able to enjoy a walk with my boys and for them to have such caring support. The staff treat my children like the blessings they are and I cannot imagine life without this service now. Truly care services has become an extension of my family. From support staff to senior leadership all I have received is warmth and expert advice. If you are considering care services that are respectful and "truly caring" I would say give these wonderful people a call.

My 5 year old son absolutely loves his days out with the Trulycare team. He has bonded really well with the staff and waits at our front gate for them to arrive. The updates that I receive during visits are really reassuring for me. I was recommended Trulycare service by my cousin and I would absolutely recommend Truly care to anyone else looking to use this type of service provider. They are reliable, trustworthy, and fun to be around. Always with a smile on their face. I am so happy I chose truly care and look forward to my son spending time with them.

Reliable and friendly. They usually let me know if there are any problems, which there has been a few times. I Don't think she is always encouraged enough to eat, and similarly to use the cream on her face, arms and legs during both visits. This is a must as she's prone to horribly dry skin. After saying that I know how difficult my mum can be, which in return can make it difficult for the carers.

Carer was kind to my father and kept an eye on him when he was really poorly. The agency always responded well to my concerns and requests. She did good work cleaning and washing for him. She was also very understanding to me when I was worried and upset.

Excellent care, the client's carer is fantastic and very kind.

She has an innate ability in interacting with people with disabilities.

Truly Care and their staff are a vital lifeline for our family they support us in many ways. Maintaining personal care. Accessing the outside side world and providing a safe and happy environment within the house whilst working with us.

The small group of staff who work with my daughter are fantastic and have made such an effort to get to know her and understand her behavioural needs. Any issues we have raised have been dealt with quickly and professionally. Having the staff supporting in our home has really made a positive different to our family life.

In my opinion, there has been a massive turnaround in Truly Care this year. The previous years my friend was dissatisfied with the lazy staff. This whole year has been an amazing service. My friend's carer has been the best and so have all the other staff this year they have done a fantastic job too. This year everything has run nice and smooth. My friend has no complaints it has been a perfect year with perfect staff. My compliments to the staff.

Truly Care was appointed to take our son into the community of social visits. Our son was assessed, and a team was built around his needs. The staff are punctual and are a regular team that knows him well. Scheduling is flexible, and the management is always available to talk through any concerns or changes required. We will continue to be supported by Truly Care.

Truly Care has been looking after both of our parents for the past eight months and has been wonderful. Dad sadly has heart failure and kidney and liver failure and low mobility, Mum, on the other hand, has high mobility but Primary Progressive Aphasia, a rare form of dementia where you lose the ability to communicate and find words. We have two live-in carers who are brilliant. They manage to navigate their individual needs so well, providing them with support, living with them in their home and all that entails and caring for both Mum and Dad with compassion, dignity and humour. It has meant that I can continue working and look after my own family and not constantly worry about them and fly up the M1. We also have night support from Truly Care when we need it and everyone who comes in, when we need an extra person or our two regular carers have time off, are professional, kind and great carers. I would thoroughly recommend them.

This review relates to the past eight months. Truly Care Services helped to secure the release of our father from the hospital. He has been in palliative and end-of-life care at home with his wife, who has ongoing needs for dementia care. We have two live-in carers and also need regular night care support. The standard of care our parents receive is high. It is a complex situation managing two people who have been married for almost 60 years but now have differing needs. They are looked after as a couple with compassion and dignity. The medical condition of our father has been intense and unpredictable and Truly Care Services have responded well to fast-changing situations. They have provided family support as well as continuing to advise on funding, or the absence of, from the Health Board. Our mother is very active and requires specialist support, alongside her personal and daily care, which has been mainly provided by outside agencies, occupational therapist, speech therapist etc.

Like the name states Truly Care - I have experienced the best services with this company. Not only are the staff members extremely qualified they also possess a strong sense of compassion towards their clients. Truly Care values their clients and makes sure they are treated and cared for without discrimination. The management team upholds high levels of Ethical and Etiquette standards, they also make sure funds are updated on a regular basis so as to prevent financial abuse.

I cannot recommend Truly Care high enough to anyone looking for a first class team for their loved ones.

The team at Truly Care Services Ltd are brilliant. They will change times for you at a moments notice. They are professional, knowledgeable and the main thing very friendly. My wife, who was very suspicious at first) now loves the attention she is given.

My daughter seems to enjoy going out with the carers and looks forward to going with them. They have taken on board tips and training that we have put together. However, timekeeping and punctuality are not good. They have been late arriving more often than on time. (Up to 50 minutes late)! This is not good, as my daughter gets more and more anxious waiting for them to arrive.
