Unfortunately the service they provide was not at all up to standard charging for times and leaving well before, treated mum poorly, it was basically a joke.
Mentioned to senior management nothing done not really listening to me just interested in the money.
Time for a change
Spoke to a couple of care companies telling them about mums needs and expectations.
The care company that came out top was respectful care.
The staff from senior management to the people that go to mums really do CARE and that's the key word CARE.
I Have had no issues at all. Always on time, stay the full duration chat laugh and enjoy the job they do.
I would have no issues recommending Respectful care. Both Respectful and caring.
We are so pleased we could make a difference; we are so glad you chose Respectful Care.
Respectful Care have been brilliant with my Aunt. They are very professional and caring and have managed her complicated medication regime really well. They have also been amazing with dealing with my Aunts dementia issues. Thank you x
We were so pleased to support your Aunt, and so glad that our medication policies kept her safe. She was a pleasure to care for.
All staff have been professional....both carers and office staff.
We would not hesit.ste to recommend Respectful Care to anyone needing care at home.
Thank you for lovely review, I am so glad we were an improvement from your last experience. That is our aim, so glad you could see the difference.
My mothers previous Care Provider left at short notice, Respectful Care stepped in very quickly to help us. The support team were very helpful ascertaining Mum's needs and liaising with the OT. The Carers have been marvellous, supporting Mum with the change and helping to maintain her routine, building up rapport with her and liaising with the family.
Thank you for your review. We were pleased to support your mother. She was a pleasure to care for.
I can't recommend Respectful Care Highly enough. The care, dedication and empathy shown by their staff staff allowed my mother to remain at home for 18 months longer than she otherwise would. The attention to detail an the extraordinary friendship and compassion they showed towards my mother went beyond what could reasonably be expected. For a short period my mother had NHS provided carers after a brief hospital stay. The difference between the NHS provided carers and Respectful Care was like night and day. It says it all in the name, Respectful Care always go that extra mile when its necessary. Thank you for enhancing my mothers life whilst she was stil at home.
Thank you for you review, we are so happy we managed to keep Mum at home for that extra 18 Months. She was a pleasure to care for and glad we could make a difference.
Respectful Care came to me for 4 weeks after a road accident. Everyone that came was really friendly, putting you at ease . Nothing was too much for them and we would have friendly chats while they were working. I would not hesitate in recommending them for all of your care needs.
We are so pleased we could support you, and we are so happy you chose Respectful Care.
I would not hesitate to recommend this Company and there Team to others looking to provide care to a loved one.
Thank you for your kind review, It is so important to receive feedback, and we are so pleased we could support Mum and also give you peace of mind.
I chose Respectful Care to look after my husband following a report which gave them higher ratings compared with other care professionals. From the first day, I had no complaints. All care workers were polite, giving my husband the best care and ensuring that I was also alright. Carers were coming four times a day and even on days through Christmas we were not forgotten. I have other friends who ultimately might need care professionals and I have recommended Respectful Care. Thank you to all of you.
Thank you for your kind review. We are so happy you were pleased with the care you received. We wish you all the best from all of us at Respectful Care Nottingham South.
The care and attention from carers was perfect
My aunt felt at ease and comfortable with them all.

On the occasions I needed to consult with the office all was dealt with efficiently.
Definitely a company I highly recommend.
A big thanks to all
She was always a pleasure to visit.
Excellent overall service from Respectful Care for my mother who needed care following a fall and a month in hospital. Susan Goffin in particular was first class in her communication and support. Thank you.

We also really appreciate their flexibility when we have had to ask for extra support often at quite short notice.

Before she sadly passed away my mum was receiving 16 home carer visits per week. We all considered the carers to be extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly, and we would highly recommend them to others.
Thank you, Terry. Your mum will be missed by all the carers. We are glad we could support you through this difficult time.

Mum needed care support after a fall and spell in hospital. Respectful Care were able to provide all of my Mums care need quickly and to the highest of standards. Respectful care have listened and actioned all Mums needs as her health and ability have changed to meet her expectations. As I don't live in Nottingham Respectful Care have been able to reassure me through excellent friendly service that Mum is receiving the best care
Thank you for your positive review. Your feedback is so important to us, and we are proud of our high standards and continue to strive to deliver the best possible home care for our clients.
Most of us are unfamiliar with the care support sector, how it works and what the process is. In our case my fathers and step mother were unwilling to receive care, desiring to remain independent, however, Respectful Care were unphased and helped us gradually introduce support in a way that still left them feeling somewhat independent, maintaining their dignity.
If you are hesitant about getting in care then I simply say, trust Respectful Care to help you through the process.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words. We're truly honored to have been able to support your father and stepmother, and it means a great deal to know that our team was able to make a difference during such a challenging time. Maintaining dignity and independence is at the heart of...
Dad has dementia and needed extra help to remain at home. We contacted Respectful Care on a recommendation from friends. The whole process of setting out care requirements and provision has been very efficient and professional. I have met several carers and have always been impressed by their kindness, compassion and understanding of how to deal with dementia. Importantly, my dad has felt very comfortable with the carers. Thankyou to the whole team for the excellent support and service you have provided.
We are so happy that we found Respectful Care! The staff are kind and approachable, and I'm grateful that we have a good relationship with everyone (that's so important!) It's such a relief to know that we can leave mum in their care and feel happy that we can totally trust the staff to attend to her needs. Would absolutely recommend 100%!!
Thank you for your review. We really do appreciate your feedback.
My brother needed care and support following hospital treatment, and Respectful Care was recommended to us. He has received their support and care on and off over a two or three-year period. The care staff have been very professional and have dealt with numerous problems. I am normally reluctant to give recommendations, but would not hesitate in this instance.
We are more than happy to support your brother; we really do appreciate your comments.
My wonderful Mum has now been cared for by Respectful Care for almost two and a half years. Our experience with Mum's carers has been amazing and I know I can always be confident that Mum's welfare and dignity is their top priority. They all truly embody the company name - thank you for caring for and supporting Mum so brilliantly; I will be forever grateful.
Thank you, for your lovely review. Mum is an absolute delight. Our carers love supporting Mum.
The quality and standard of care has been exemplary. The carers have essentially become part of the family. We have never been let down and any last minute requests have always been accommodated. I can't recommend them enough.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are so pleased that you are happy with our carers. Your feedback is so important to us.

Emma Peach is the Registered Care Manager and Franchise Owner. It is her key role to assess client's needs, manage care packages, and liaise with healthcare professionals. She also plays a huge role in the supervision of staff and their training.
Care is in Emma’s DNA. She was previously a District Nursing Sister. She was quickly promoted at a young age after gaining a degree in district nursing, and she became a specialist in leg and ulcer management and palliative care.
She has a passion for improving outcomes for clients and finds caring an extremely rewarding career. She loves to share her knowledge and expertise with the team, helping to keep clients at home and out of the hospital for as long as possible.
Emma has several qualifications but is especially proud of her Diploma in Adult Nursing, BSC (Hons) in District Nursing, and her NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Sarah Peach is the Managing Director and Franchise Owner. Previously, she worked in the fast-paced food and beverages sector, with people management being a huge part of her role. In particular, she managed large teams and implemented training and team-building exercises.
Sarah works alongside her sister Emma and has always been proud of the care and support she has given to people. When the opportunity presented itself for her to have the chance to have a positive impact on people in the community, she did jump at the chance.
Sarah says that Respectful Care offers competitive rates of pay and a flexible rota. But what stands out for her is that staff have the ability to prioritise care.
Sarah has a Diploma in Restaurant and Hospitality Management and since opening our branch Sarah has completed her NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
Alix Brooks joined Respectful Care after a long career in the NHS, particularly working in the areas of mental health, drugs, and alcohol services. She has specific experience in one-to-one sessions with service users and their family members, and of engaging with other services to ensure the wellbeing of service users.
Alix has always wanted to make people’s lives better. She started her career by volunteering in health and social care, and this opened the door to working with the NHS.
After 15 years though, she felt she needed a fresh challenge - and that is when she came to Respectful Care. To begin with, Alix worked as a care and support worker, but she quickly became a staff mentor and then a Client Team Leader. However, with Alix’s organisation skills, she was quickly sought after for care-coordinating. Alix assures that our clients receive their required care at the preferred time and manner, whilst assessing our staff’s skill and competence to carry out the conditions.
She says that when she was applying for job roles, the term Respectful in Respectful Care really stood out to her, and having worked here, she knows respect is essential to the care we provide.
Alix has an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, OCN Level 3 in mentoring skills, PTPLF Adult teaching, and she has several care-related certificates.
Our Client Team Leader, Susan Parkin has been in the Health and Social care industry for over 20 years. She has worked for various domiciliary care companies, working at Respectful Care for the last quarter.
With Susan’s vast amount of experience in the sector, Susan first took to management as a Care Coordinator where she ensured that the service ran as smoothly as possible. She possesses an excellent approach with her staff and clients. Her methods surround consistent and thorough communication, making sure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and to the expected ‘Respectful Care’ standard.
Susan’s current role as Client Team Leader requires her to assess our client’s needs before their care package commences. Susan makes sure they are receiving the best possible care by reviewing the care plans regularly and continuously communicating with staff regarding any changes. She is the lead liaison when it comes to medication and the quality of care, meaning our clients are in very safe and capable hands.
Susan Goffin’s journey into care started when she joined a nursing home in Beeston working weekends (when she was just 15 years old!) She soon left school and went to college where she studied for her NVQ level 2 in Business Administration and I.T. Susan found this unfulfilling and missed her responsibilities at the care home. Having enjoyed her work in care, Susan returned to work at a residential for 7 years.
Susan first started working in domiciliary after she had her first child in 2003. She worked there for a further 7 years where she gained experience in the community. Susan is a big promoter of care in the community as it allows vulnerable adults to remain as independent as possible, for longer.
Susan worked her way up to the Field Supervisor and then Care-Coordinator. She now works for Respectful Care as a Client Team Leader where she reviews our client’s care to make sure they are happy with what they receive. Susan has since reported that she loves working for Respectful Care as everyone within the company is so optimistic and encouraging. We encourage great teamwork alongside great friendships.
Kierra is Respectful Care’s Staff Team Leader and Lead Recruitment Manager.
Kierra has had quite a journey with the company by originally taking base at Head Office, Mansfield, as a Care and Support Worker. She then moved location and decided to stay with Respectful Care by moving to the South Notts branch. She was welcomed with open arms as a genuinely caring and compassionate person, willing to introduce herself to new clientele.
It wasn’t long until Kierra proved her ambitions by taking other carers under her wing. She was promoted to Mentor so that she could introduce new carers to the industry and share her passion for Health and Social Care.
Upon her return to work after maternity leave, Kierra was introduced to the management team. With the company growing, and Kierra’s skills around people management, she was the perfect addition to our staff leader team. Kierra hopes to grow the company’s staff team by 30% by the end of 2022.
Lauren is Respectful Care’s very own Business Administrator. She has recently embarked on her apprenticeship with the company to develop her skills in healthcare administration.
Lauren supports the management team by answering the phones and taking messages from our staff team and clientele. Lauren has a brilliant rapport with every person she communicates with.
She is learning what it takes to be an exemplary carer, by shadowing the team out in the field. However, despite being only 16 years of age, Lauren put her foot in the door with her school years by studying her Health and Social Care GCSE.
Lauren is a quick learner and despite only a few months on her apprenticeship, she has really settled into the team. She is a great help to all of us.
