Great agency, they are punctual, they look after Mum very well and do their best to be accommodating for the occasional surprise life throws us!

If you're looking for a care provider you won't get any better than this company. Friendly, caring, hard-working carers and professional and efficient office staff. The communication between the company and client and family is exceptional. My mum has fabulous care from her carers four times a day. And I feel she is safe in the knowledge that carers will contact me if they have any concerns. The carers are mum's friends and mine too. I can't recommend them highly enough!

My mum has recently moved into a retirement complex from her family home. It has been a difficult move as mum has some cognitive impairment issues, but I truly believe the help she has received from the carers of Respectful Care has helped enormously. All of the carers who come to see mum are courteous, kind, thoughtful and very gentle with her. The management team are excellent communicators and very efficient. As a whole, Respectful Care have eased her transition to no end, and as a family, we are not only very grateful for the kindness they have shown but have also found great comfort in knowing that someone is going in to see mum every morning. Thank you.

The ladies are caring and reliable. The carer visiting will always ring me from mums house before leaving if there is any issues. Would highly recommend if you want the best care for your elderly relative.

In general, the service I receive is excellent and my comments made to the company have been satisfactorily dealt with. Mostly I get the same carers which means they are familiar with my needs. Normally the times are as on the rota but it would be good if it was made practice that notification is given when a variation occurs which does not happen every time. This is the only minor niggle which I can find.

My wife is housebound with minimal mobility. Our home care is provided by the skilled and caring staff provided by Respectful Care. If we have any problems outside of our normal package I know that we will get support from them all at short notice. My wife is reassured by having the same teams visiting and although she has little communication ability, to see her smiling and sometimes even laughing is amazing. Thank you to you all.

Amazing! What a great team of people. They have helped support me and my parents more than they will ever know. Caring for my parents in their home and sharing their knowledge of the care system with me, helped me find respite emergency care for my mum. Helping me hold onto my marbles when my world fell apart around me (not an understatement). They have gone above and beyond to support me and my parents and I will forever be in their debt.

At first, mum really didn't want carers as she thought she was doing everything herself but she had forgotten, due to dementia, that everything had been done for her for a long time. Respectful Care came to support her and quickly realised she was still a strong lady who needed company and stimulation. They pitched their support at just the right level. They treated her with dignity and respect and above all made her laugh. She soon became used to their presence and looked forward to their visit - one carer in particular- you know who you are! They were patient, understanding and upbeat and responded quickly to any query we had. We couldn't have asked for more for mum. I knew from the initial phone call researching carers for mum, that they would be good. They took time to listen and empathise and other care companies would do well to copy their example. I have been so pleased with the level of service received. We had a detailed meeting prior to the care package being put in place and they responded quickly to all requests. All carers have been punctual and mum's details are clearly set out in the pack. I have been very impressed with every aspect of Respectful Care

Disabled with chronic kidney failure, I have appreciated care, support and friendship from the carers ensuring that I am comfortable and preparing my evening meal and ready for bed following dialysis sessions.

For the time Respectful Care looked after my mother she was well cared for and happy. The team were not only caring for my mother but was there and very helpful to the family in the difficult times we had. Cannot thank them enough. Special praise to the manager for listening.

My Mother has dementia and would like to stay in her own home as long as she can, we have two carers four times a day, my mum has got attached to two carers whom I must say show her nothing but kindness and respect they really look after her well and I always know when they are on. She has her other ones she likes, but these two are what I call our saviours as she always had a smile and they make her laugh and she gets a chippy Friday once a month with them. They go beyond to care for her and as her family we can relax when they are on duty, she has narrowed down her carers and has now the ones she knows she is safe and happy with.

I found the service very good and there were only a few exceptions with very few carers. This is inevitable as everyone is different and as a recipient, we all have different expectations. There were a few occasions when the carer was very late and one didn't show at all but these were rare. It was often difficult with the distances expected to travel and time-bound.

They are all angels and we would truly be lost without them.

Respectful Care provided care and support for both my mum and my dad in their final years. Their supportive and friendly care team made independent living for my parents possible when otherwise they could not have continued to live at home. It also meant they were able to spend their final years together. I could not recommend the care team highly enough. They have been fantastic, adapting how they work to my parent's differing needs and providing stimulating company when my dad was left on his own after my mum died.

Absolutely fantastic care agency. The staff are friendly and professional. They get regular supervision and training which is rare in some care agencies today. My mum loved the carers and it was only has a result of having to move areas that the care could no longer continue.

So supportive. Respectful Care immediately set our minds at rest. The carers were so reliable, friendly and understanding that my aunt’s reluctance for care was quickly quashed. From fearing this stage in her life she began to look forward to the carers coming in. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

It is reassuring to know that a member of the care staff will call at the beginning of every day. They are always cheerful and very willing to do whatever we need doing. This helps us to maintain our independence and remain in our own home. We couldn't manage without them.

But inflexible towards timing of visits especially bedtime is far too early at eight o'clock in the evening.
