The change in Mum since Respectful Care started to look after her is tremendous. She has put on weight, eats far far better than she ever did.

I have been with Respectful Care for a few months now and I have foud it to be very professional and friendly from the assessment to care carried out. The carers are all lovely and go above and beyond and have time to chat to me. Brilliant service so far.

Mum has been using Respectful care for a couple of years now and everyone is just fantastic. From the original meeting to starting the care package the process was extremely smooth and very quick. The carers are just amazing, they are always smiling and happy to help and accommodate any changes. The office team can change timings to suit with a little notice which is always so helpful. We've had to have a couple of breaks due to hospital visits but as soon as we've been ready to start again the carers have picked up where they left off and have always been really happy to see mum. Mum has always been really happy to see the carers too. The consistency of the same carers makes such a huge difference. We never have any issue getting hold of the staff in the office and from our experience the staff and the carers always go through extra mile. It's great to know our mum is in safe hands. Thank you

My mothers previous Care Provider left at short notice, Respectful Care stepped in very quickly to help us. The support team were very helpful ascertaining Mum's needs and liaising with the OT. The Carers have been marvellous, supporting Mum with the change and helping to maintain her routine, building up rapport with her and liaising with the family.

I can't recommend Respectful Care Highly enough. The care, dedication and empathy shown by their staff staff allowed my mother to remain at home for 18 months longer than she otherwise would. The attention to detail an the extraordinary friendship and compassion they showed towards my mother went beyond what could reasonably be expected. For a short period my mother had NHS provided carers after a brief hospital stay. The difference between the NHS provided carers and Respectful Care was like night and day. It says it all in the name, Respectful Care always go that extra mile when its necessary. Thank you for enhancing my mothers life whilst she was stil at home.

The carers have always gone above and beyond and are very understanding of her needs. The office team have also been very helpful in terms of accommodating call times. Nothing is ever too much to ask.

Respectful Care came to me for 4 weeks after a road accident. Everyone that came was really friendly, putting you at ease . Nothing was too much for them and we would have friendly chats while they were working. I would not hesitate in recommending them for all of your care needs.

Excellent care from all the carers who have attended to my wife. Nothing is too much trouble for them and this is reflected in the fact that my wife is happy with the care she receives and always looks forward to seeing the carers.

Respectful care have supported Mum for the past 2 years. I, along with Mum, have always found the carers to be extremely kind and caring. Any issues are always dealt with by the office and management to ensure Mum can remain at home.

My sister's comments are in the main positive to the staff that will give her the time to learn about her and her ways (she was a carer herself, so knows the role.) Normally stating that half of the issues seems to be due to a badly run office, and they employ youngsters to keep the costs down.

More than happy with the service, especially now my care is in the evening and the staff that visit are caring, compassionate and respectful.

I chose Respectful Care to look after my husband following a report which gave them higher ratings compared with other care professionals. From the first day, I had no complaints. All care workers were polite, giving my husband the best care and ensuring that I was also alright. Carers were coming four times a day and even on days through Christmas we were not forgotten.
