First-rate care and exceptional support during a difficult time

We have used Respectful Care Nottingham North for several years, initially for intermittent care for my father and later transitioning to 24/7 care as his condition progressed.

The service we received throughout this journey was first-rate, and the quality of care was truly exceptional. The carers are very special individuals who consistently treated my father and our entire family with the utmost respect, dignity, and kindness.

A special mention must go to the Managing Director, Karl, who was always available, swift, and thorough in all of his dealings with me and my family. His leadership sets a wonderful standard for the company.

We simply cannot speak highly enough of Karl and his team. They made a profound difference for our family, and we would definitely recommend Respectful Care Nottingham North to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate care.

The actually care staff out in the field cannot be praised enough they are caring hardworking individuals sadly let down by poor management in the office office staff don't really care about the clients especially if ure council funded. Will expect u to work to their convenience ignoring. The fact client was on insulin. Poor management on the whole let down the care staff. And it's such a shame one office member extremely rude to my family causing great deal of anguish. Formal complaint to social services submitted

Mum has been using Respectful care for a couple of years now and everyone is just fantastic. From the original meeting to starting the care package the process was extremely smooth and very quick. The carers are just amazing, they are always smiling and happy to help and accommodate any changes. The office team can change timings to suit with a little notice which is always so helpful. We've had to have a couple of breaks due to hospital visits but as soon as we've been ready to start again the carers have picked up where they left off and have always been really happy to see mum. Mum has always been really happy to see the carers too. The consistency of the same carers makes such a huge difference. We never have any issue getting hold of the staff in the office and from our experience the staff and the carers always go through extra mile. It's great to know our mum is in safe hands. Thank you

My mothers previous Care Provider left at short notice, Respectful Care stepped in very quickly to help us. The support team were very helpful ascertaining Mum's needs and liaising with the OT. The Carers have been marvellous, supporting Mum with the change and helping to maintain her routine, building up rapport with her and liaising with the family.

I can't recommend Respectful Care Highly enough. The care, dedication and empathy shown by their staff staff allowed my mother to remain at home for 18 months longer than she otherwise would. The attention to detail an the extraordinary friendship and compassion they showed towards my mother went beyond what could reasonably be expected. For a short period my mother had NHS provided carers after a brief hospital stay. The difference between the NHS provided carers and Respectful Care was like night and day. It says it all in the name, Respectful Care always go that extra mile when its necessary. Thank you for enhancing my mothers life whilst she was stil at home.
